Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. However, with our code lock, you have the flexibility to determine your arrival time after this.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES:

SMOKING AND DRUGS:
Smoking or using drugs is strictly prohibited in both the apartment and the building. This rule is in place to ensure the health and safety of all guests and to maintain a fresh and pleasant environment. Violation of this policy may result in a fine of up to €250 or eviction from the apartment.

NOISE LEVEL:
Please respect the peace and tranquility of the building and the surrounding neighborhood. Kindly keep the noise level low, especially after 10:00 PM. Loud music and parties are not allowed to ensure the comfort of all building residents.

CLEANLINESS:
We welcome you to a clean and cozy home. Upon check-out, we request that you leave the apartment in nearly the same condition as upon arrival. If the apartment is left excessively dirty, additional cleaning fees may apply.

USE OF AMENITIES:
Help us conserve energy and resources. Turn off lights, heating, and gas taps when not in use. This way, we all contribute to an eco-friendly living environment.

NO HOUSE PARTIES:
Organizing parties in the apartment is strictly prohibited. We aim to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment so that all residents can live comfortably.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Additional guests are only allowed with prior approval. The number of guests must match the original booking to ensure that the accommodation is suitable for everyone.

BIKE PARKING:
Park bikes only in designated areas directly in front of the apartment (in the bike racks). This ensures clear passage and prevents inconvenience to other residents.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Adhere to the check-in and check-out times to ensure a smooth transition of accommodation. Check-in is possible after 3:00 PM, and check-out must occur before 10:00 AM.

LOSS OF KEYS:
If you lose the room key or accidentally take it upon check-out, we will charge a fee of €100 to replace the lock and make new keys. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay in our apartment. Thank you for respecting these comprehensive house rules!

EMERGENCY INFORMATION:
At the end of the street is the hospital for emergencies. There is also a 24/7 emergency department.
