Theros Villa 1 covers 143m² and spans in two levels, offering ample space for up to 6 guests across its 3 bedrooms. Additionally, a 7th guest can be comfortably accommodated on the living room sofa.
On the ground floor, upon entering, guests are welcomed by an open-plan space featuring the living room and kitchen. The seating area offers a comfortable sofa, 50’’ TV and offers easy access to the pool terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, offering all essentials for a self-catered holiday, as well as an adjacent indoor dining table for 6. A full bathroom with a shower cabin is also available on this level.
Ascending to the first floor of the villa reveals three cozy bedrooms, each one equipped with a 32-inch TV, individually controlled air conditioning, an open closet, and access to balconies furnished with inviting seating areas, offering a serene retreat for guests to unwind and enjoy the coastal breeze. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and they share a convenient bathroom, complete with a shower cabin and a washer/dryer for added convenience.
