We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay:
No gatherings:
Parties, events or group gatherings of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required.
Noise:
Please be mindful of the neighbours and noise must always be kept to a respectable level. We ask we have a quiet hours time of 9pm to 7am.
Please leave the house as you found it.
No shoes policy indoors. Please remove upon entry.
Clean up:
- Please take away with you whatever you bring to the house except for your bagged rubbish.
- No sellotape or anything whatsoever on the walls or ceilings please.
No smoking of any kind:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on the balcony. For the comfort and well-being of all guests, we kindly ask smokers to utilise the communal gardens if necessary. Failure to comply will result in a significant fine to cover the cost of restoring the property and furnishings due to lingering odors.
