La nostra casa di una storia è 3500 SF con soggiorno anteriore con tavolo da biliardo e un ufficio, una combinazione di camera familiare / cucina con un tavolo da pranzo informale. C'è una grande piscina da 20 a 40 piedi (riscaldamento incluso nella tariffa giornaliera da settembre a maggio, più un supplemento di $ 120) e un trampolino, una vasca idromassaggio separata per 6 persone, un pergolato con tavolo e sedie, due sedie a sdraio, un portico posteriore arredato e una griglia a gas per il vostro divertimento. A Perfect Desert Retreat

Beautifully appointed and delightful stay at this desert gem. Jim and Ann put so much consideration into ensuring everyone enjoys their time here. From yard games and pool floats, to games and puzzles, to the most comfortable beds…every detail has been considered. The kitchen could not have been better stocked and the outdoor area is perfection for enjoying the pool and spa or catching a game on the outdoor television. A quick walk in the neighborhood and you’ll find several parks for the kids with a basketball court, soccer goal and play equipment. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We loved our time with you!

"Incredible Stay...Beautiful Home!"

Property worked perfect for our group of 4 couples. Clean, spacious, tons of amenities (more than we expected)! Outside living space was absolutely beautiful! Pool, hot tub, firepit, lanai, outside kitchen area, pergola and much, much more! We just loved this home! Great relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The hosts were wonderful and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing family vacation. The pool and the hot tub were great and thoroughly enjoyed by all of us! We had a great time and didn’t want to leave.

Great Get Away

Everything was just as described. The outdoor area was perfect and the owners very accommodating. We would love to stay again as it was the best equipped house we have ever rented.

Phoenix Area Vacation

Everything about our stay at this property was beyond our expectations. The owners Jim and Ann went way out of way to welcome us and personalize our visit. They are super gracious and were genuinely dedicated to making sure that all of our needs were met. The house is immaculate and had every amenity imaginal for both adults and small children. The pool, hot tub, barbecues and lounging areas in the backyard were so amazing and private that my family of six rarely wanted to leave property. I have zero reservations about recommending this property and my entire family is hopeful to return in the future.

Amazing home!

We have been traveling and using VRBO FOR 15 years. This was, by far, the most well equipped and beautiful home we have rented. Ann and Jim were wonderful, they provided us with a couple of lovely surprises, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would give 10 stars if we could!!!

Spring getaway

Jim and Ann are just great people. This won't capture it all but they let us check in 6 hours early, met us at the house, embroidered personal hand towels for us and had popcorn and cookies ready for the kids. Even ordered a fuzzy blue chair for our son to use since there was already a pink one our daughter claimed. They showed us around the house and described how to use everything. We have stayed at 20+ vacation homes in the past few years and Jim and Ann's has more amenities than any other we've stayed at by far. You can read the property description about the pool, hot tub, grills, etc., and its 100% accurate, but it's the people that made our stay special.

Fabulous!

From the minute we stepped foot on the property, to the minute we left, we were welcomed with open arms and hospitality. The owners could not have been more kind. The resort style house had every amenity you could think of, the house is amazing, the porch and pool areas were outstanding. My Mom, Sister and I have been staying at VRBO houses for 10+ years and this is by the far the best A to Z. Would highly recommend this house to anyone...

Best backyard experience!

Our family and friends absolutely loved our stay at this clean and well stocked home. The outdoor living space was phenomenal with super comfortable lounge chairs, couches, dining chairs and fire table seating area. The kids spent all week in the pool and loved the diving board, basketball hoop and floaties. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Pantry well stocked with lots of essentials. Lots of room for our personal belongings as well. Would definitely stay there again. Ann and Jim were gracious hosts and made our stay very comfortable and spoiled us with a few surprises :)

Golf get away

We rented this lovely home based on the amenities listed and we were very pleased. The owners explained all and the home was great. Heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the covered patio was spectacular. We were very close to shopping and to the golf courses we played. I would highly recommend and would stay again if we return to the area.

Fantastic Home, Pool & Backyard Area

This was the perfect VRBO for a restful 2 week vacation! The home was spotless, well stocked, and very comfortable. Loved the deep heated pool, lounging in the backyard, and doing puzzles on the big table in the family area. We are looking forward to another stay in this fantastic home. Beautiful property with a lot more amenities than a normal VRBO. Top shelf kitchen with BBQ and a smoker! Resort quality backyard with pool and hot tub. Best VRBO I’ve stayed at in 20 vacations

Great home

This home has an incredible outdoor area! The pool is large, deep, and heated. Great outdoor area with new furniture, shaded areas, and bbq’s. The porch is shaded and has great seating with a tv outside. We spent almost all of our time outdoors when at the house. The inside is well stocked with essential type supplies while traveling. Jim and Ann were extremely welcoming into their home and easy to communicate with. A great spot to spend time!

Wonderful place to stay . Lots of amenities and gorgeous pool and hot tub area. Very convenient, located right next to express way and just a few minutes from shopping areas . We were a family of 6 and we would definitely stay here again .

A relaxing get-away

We traveled to AZ for spring break with two families and were very pleased with the wonderful accommodations in this home. We were greeted by the owners upon arrival, and they graciously showed us around the property. The well-stocked kitchen had everything you needed, and the heated pool and patio area was better than expected! Convenient location with parks and hiking trails nearby, sporting events in Phoenix, and a day trip to Sedona. We would not hesitate to reserve this wonderful VRBO again when visiting this area.

Wonderful Home

What a wonderful place to stay! We really liked the location of the house, easy access to highways and all of our activities. The house easily accommodated our group of 8 and had everything you could every need and more. The pool was amazing and occupied the kids the entire week. Jim and Ann were amazing hosts and want nothing more than for your stay to be enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful heated pool and outdoor living space!

Our host and hostess went above and beyond to provide everything we could possibly need. Their spacious and clean home was exceptional to live in and they thought of everything we could need. They were so thoughtful. The outdoor living space was especially spectacular. It included a large beautiful pool and hot tub, along with several outdoor living areas providing every amenity. We appreciated the large heat lamp so we could enjoy cooler evenings outdoors. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe.

Amazingly gorgeous house! The owners/hosts were incredible!

Our party of eight persons vacationed from February 2-13/2019. I must say our experience with the owners began months prior to our vacation. Through messaging. Ann responded promptly. To all questions and concerns we had. Upon arrival we were met by both Ann and Jim. We were shown the house and how to work the amazing technology and the many features their property offered. Well appointed and extremely clean. Upon entering the house. The living room to the right. With a dry bar and every kind of glassware available. An automated corkscrew. And a keg are available. The pool table was used for many tournaments throughout our stay. To the left a absolutely beautiful office. Where our airport tickets were printed upon checkout. The kitchen and family room have a open concept. All appliances and the outdoor grills are top quality. The pantry is stocked with everything a chef would want. Along with spices. The margarita maker was one of our favourites! The dual oven stove utilized often and appreciated. The mouldings and beams in the family room hand crafted by Jim and Ann. And every small detail absolutely gorgeous. The timed candles coming on in early evening and off at bedtime were a beautiful addition to the ambience. All four bedrooms spacious. We found to have two on one side of the house. And two on the opposite side perfect on noise reduction. We didn’t hear a soul. The beds extremely comfortable. Quiet, peaceful and restful sleeps for everyone. The outdoor living room was one of the biggest attractions for our group. The patio heater a bonus feature for a cool morning. The pool was gorgeous! A remote control to start the waterfall feature, and control the water temperature. Along with changing the lights. My dad especially enjoyed the gentle steps into the pool. His mobility is limited and the pool was a great therapy for him. Along with the large hot tub and pergola. The backyard was our playground. Many hummingbirds along the feeders. We also seen a horned owl one evening perched in the tree. The location is perfect from the airport. Short distance on I-17. The neighbourhood quiet and picture perfect. The bikes provided were used many times. Within close proximity to Walmart and stores. Our stay was perfect. We can’t express our thanks to Ann and Jim enough. Always a quick text away if needed. The best spring training house and experience we've ever had

We're four couples who have been going to Phoenix for spring training several years now. This was by far the nicest property we've stayed at. Ann and Jim we're extremely helpful and such wonderful people. Everyone loved relaxing on the back patio and enjoying the many comforts provided. We will definitely try and book this again next year

Spectacular home north of Phoenix! Great hosts!

Spectacular home with lots of space and many gathering areas large enough for our family of 8 to hang out together or have space to ourself if desired. Ann and Jim were awesome hosts! All the little things were take care of without a worry to help make our vacation care free!

Phenomenal Stay

What a perfect rental for a golf vacation. Would also be perfect for multiple families with children. We were a foursome of guys and this wonderful abode allowed us to come home to a relaxing swim and dip in a heated pool and hot tub. We also could save a few bucks during our trip by cooking in the luxurious kitchen. Unlike most rentals, the generous owners gave us access to their pantry, full of spices, herbs, oils and whatever other cooking essentials we needed beyond regular groceries, of course. Thanks for the great stay!

We are retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers after moving with the Corps to Phoenix from Alaska. WE bought our home new and have enjoyed upgrading our home ever since. We do the work ourselves. Our latest upgrade is artificial grass and LED lighting on the pergola, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Our home is available to rent from the 20th of March 2024 thru 1st of April 2024. We travel around the country in our RV a few months of the year and camp nearby during your stay just in case you have questions.

we provide not only a beautiful home but all the extras such as pantry with a full shelf of spices and all the pots, pans, blenders, plastic bags and aluminum foil to name just of the few extras that you will need. The refrigerator has the basics mayo, mustard, ketchup, etc. If you forget some basics, the bathrooms have items such as toothbrush, tooth paste, shower caps and much more. all the above and much more are provided to make your stay a stress free holiday.
