Questo terzo piano 2 camere da letto 2 bagni condominio si trova sulla Bayside. The Bayside ha una piscina, vasca idromassaggio e griglie a carbone. E 'anche una breve passeggiata per la parte del lato del Golfo della nostra proprietà che ha un'altra piscina, due campi da tennis e la nostra spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Per rispettare il Codice di sicurezza della contea di Sarasota, le unità con due camere da letto possono ospitare un massimo di 6 persone. Le camere padronali e per gli ospiti arredate in modo confortevole sono arredate con un letto king size. La camera degli ospiti è dotata di un televisore a schermo piatto da 32 "mentre la camera da letto principale ha un televisore a schermo piatto da 37", entrambi con servizio di TV HD. Sia il bagno padronale che quello per gli ospiti sono dotati di combinazione doccia / vasca. Il soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto da 60 "con servizio di TV HD e per l'intrattenimento. L'ampia cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, piatti, utensili, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e una macchina da caffè Keurig. L'appartamento è completamente piastrellato. C'è anche un patio esterno arredato in modo confortevole che può essere utilizzato da voi e dalla vostra famiglia per godere della nostra calda brezza tropicale.

This is our 3rd time staying at The Palm Bay Club and this condo was nice! Wish it would have had more beach things but we left 2 umbrellas and a body board!

Great unit, broken elevator
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a repeat visitor, this is the first time I was disappointed. The unit and grounds were great, however the elevator was out of service the entire time! We were in a 3rd floor unit and we were NOT told (or offered help) that the only elevator was not working. There wasn't even a sign on it. We had two carts full of all our things and the elevator never opened. At this time it was right at 5:00 and the office was closed. We are two women in our 60s and had to lug everything up three floors! Had we at least been told ahead of time, we wouldn't have completely unloaded our car! There was no excuse for us not to have been notified ahead of time or at the least, at check in. The low stars are only due to the way they handled the lack of an elevator

Convenient Spring Break location

Reviewer Comments: This was a nice location for spring break and a group to stay together near the beach and each other.Room was clean just a clogged shower drain that we didn’t get a chance to tell them about until checkout. A couple outlets did not seem to be working.Kitchen accessories were fully stocked and in good condition.Kids enjoyed pickle ball and the pool, adults did too and the hot tub except the pool with the hot tub got overrun with teens in the evening trying to get to a dock nearby.We stayed in the building located across the street from the beach, easy to walk to, about 10-15 min walk.Location to the village/shopping/restaurants was a 20-40 min walk. A shuttle solely for guests would have been nice. We couldn’t always grab a trolly at peak beach-arriving and leaving time.Otherwise enjoyable, comfortable, quiet stay.

We stayed at Palm Club the first leg of our trip, for three nights, four days. Tammy’s condo was spacious, clean - perfect for two adults and two kids. We saw dolphins while at the pool on the bay. Siesta Beach is a short walk from the condo….we welcomed the exercise!

Property was amazing. Exactly as billed an better. Apartment had everything we needed. More than cool and comfortable. Great access to pool and beach. Staff made everything easy and safe. Couldn't have asked for more. Hands down, best VRBO rental ever for us.

We really enjoyed this unit including the updated kitchen, spacious rooms and pool noodles. The only things we would request are new pots and pans and a clean sponge in the kitchen. Also there are no beach towels so if you don't want to use bath towels, bring your own! Overall we had a great time!

Fun time
The location was great, we loved that there was a dock for fishing and the beach was a short 5 minute walk across the street. The room was clean but could have been cleaner (noticed a few things.) there were plenty of towels which is rare but so nice! Pools were clean and open late which is awesome. We had a great time and would stay here again!!

Beautiful family friendly property
We had a lovely time at the Palm Bay Club in Siesta Key. The location was fantastic. We stayed on the bay side and it was a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Only improvement I could recommend is ditching the cable service and providing Netflix or Disney+ for families. The kitchen was large enough to cook in but there are so many great eateries that it wasn’t used. The staff was very friendly and we had no issue getting chaises on the beach each day. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was clean but we were disappointed there was no garbage disposal, no pillows on the couch, a small stream of water from the refrigerator and no sheets provided for the pull out couch. By the same token, we really liked the set up, the furniture, the dishes, oven wear, etc. that was provided.
