L'interno di questa cabina di nuova costruzione con 4 camere da letto è sicuro di stupire in quanto presenta arredi in stile moderno e una sala giochi con un gioco multi arcade e un tavolo da biliardo. Ogni suite comprende un letto king size, TV via cavo con lettore DVD e tutti i mobili nuovi di zecca. La grande sala dispone di un camino in pietra a doppia faccia con vista dalla grande sala e sul ponte, un divano letto, una grande TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e alti soffitti a volta con una spettacolare parete posteriore. Apprezzerai sicuramente la cucina premium completamente attrezzata con bar per la colazione. I mobili ispirati all'elemento montano stupiranno assolutamente i cuochi della famiglia! Se non sei un grande cuoco allora va bene così! Rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio o nella sauna all'aperto. In entrambi i casi ... Non superare questa cabina !!!

Mentre le tempeste di fuoco del 2016 sono state assolutamente strazianti, siamo lieti di annunciare che le montagne sono di nuovo verdi e che la ricostruzione in tutta l'area di Gatlinburg è in pieno svolgimento. 6 good friends playing a pool Scotch Doubles tournament and spending quality time together. Remembering the loss of a close friend. Lots of laughter and relaxing. We definitely will be returning in the near future. Absolutely wonderful vacation.

Five Stars All Around!

This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at while traveling! Our kids loved it, especially the pool. It’s at a great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back!

Nice and relaxing!

The place was nice and the decks welcoming. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable experienced during a US vacay. The place was well maintained, roomy, and clean with exceptional amenities. The place was as described for the most part. The family really enjoyed the game area and the arcade had so many games on it! The only issues were the bedroom TVs did not have working cable boxes..and errored out. The maintenance said they would come to fix it but never showed. Luckily the theater and a couple other tvs had Roku boxes. The theater and lower level bedroom needed a dehumidifier to regulate the air flow better as one day the thermostat hovered at a stuffy 76 level in theater & was a bit stale given pool room temp. Be mindful of the time on drive up as the road gets curvy on the last 10‐15min. to chalet.

Horrible Place and Property Management Company

Upon entering the cabin the smell of urine greeted us at the door. As with any property I rent I record my inspection of the property. The main floor bathroom had not been cleaned and it smelled of urine. In the kitchen it was holes in the cabinets, the refrigerator was not working properly and the freezer was off the track not allowing the door to close. Half of the knives from the knife center block was missing. There were only a total of 6 towels sets for the entire cabin. One of the smoke detectors battery was dead and was beeping, the telephone, televisions and internet did not work. The coach had holes in it and had black duck tape on it to hold it together!!!!! This was all just day one. I reached out to the property management company Eden Crest who was absolutely rude (I have the recording) once I informed them I would share my experience on social media I was told they would not help me if I did. The next day we attempted to use the grill which had no propane in the tank so we had to go purchase a tank. Finally the maintenance guy showed up, while I was at the store, and attempted to make my 77 year old father pay him out of his pocket for coming to repair their refrigerator and freezer. I did go to Eden Crest rental office and shared my photos, voice recordings, and experiences with the management team. Other guest was also present complaining about their experiences as well. After spending about 3K to stay o was offered $150 refund. Don’t stay with this company!

Birthday trip

The cabin was in a great location close to everything. Just a warning if your not a great driver the roads to the cabin are steep and winding! the cabin was fully stocked with everything you may need and was just as described. There was a few things that you could tell had wear and tear that should be updated. One thing that bothered us a tad was after the first day of using the jacuzzi the second day it had a smell and we noticed the floating cleaner had nothing in it so I am assuming that was why. We didn’t call because we didn’t get in until much later in the night. Definitely a lot of space for large families and enough parking.

Overall really good stay!!

I have to say overall our family really enjoyed this cabin. Our family had 6 adults with 5 children ranging from 2 to 6 who really enjoyed the whole experience. When we walked in the home really wowed us with every room offering each family a piece of mountain cabin feels. Each room had its own bathroom with a tv that felt private. Pool was good, water was a little cold for the little ones. Hot tub was great. We couldn’t quite figure out the sauna. The only thing I would have to say is the game area was nice but the items need updating (pool sticks were bent and had missing tips, air hockey had would chips coming out with cracked puck that ended up breaking). Either way we still enjoyed every part of the home. The instructions to the home were very easy to follow and detailed and the owners were quick to respond back to questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend this place

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Marco Polo. Beautiful home and had everything we needed. The cabin has a little wear and tear but that didn't bother our family. The pool is set at a specific temp and was pretty cold to us. It was hard for the little to enjoy for very long before having to get out. This is something we had read in the comments so knew this may be the case for us too. If we had stayed longer we would have called to see if there were any options to pay a fee to adjust this up some. So be aware that if your little ones are not used to the cooler water you may not get as much pool time as you think. Overall great stay and we had fun!

Roomy and clean but disappointing

There were some nice things about this cabin and some not so nice things. It was very clean and very roomy. The location was easy to access. The pool seemed very cold. The joystick on the arcade game doesn't work properly so our 3 kids couldn't play any games on it, also the air hockey table was missing the puck so they couldn't use that either. Those were some of the features they were looking forward to most. There are no board games like most cabins have. The kitchen is strange, the cabinets have a lot of damage that has just been painted over instead of repaired and the leather loveseat has a big repair patch on it. Living room tv has terrible picture quality. Overall it had a feel of being poorly maintained and was disappointing for the price. We did run out of gas for the grill also, but contacted management and though we were told it would be the next day before anyone could get any to us, it did arrive within an hour so that was a plus. Also the fireplaces are nice.

Upon arrival I stepped in dog poop on the front lawn. There was multiple poops. That night the shower upstairs leaked threw the master bathroom. The pool was not running and had a lot of debris on the bottom. The water was too cold to enjoy.

Marco Polo Was Marvelous!

Marco Polo was the highlight of my extended family of 11's stay Thanksgiving 2022. It was as advertised except for the wifi. The signal was weak for all 11 of us and our devices. Everything else was truly enjoyed all four nights of our experience. We enjoyed the pool, gaming zone, kitchen, hot tub, comfortable beds, fresh towels, spaciousness and more! We would love to live in Marco Polo again someday!

Good yet not so GOOD

The cabin was beautiful and the location was great and quiet. We loved the cabin. A couple of issues and things we would have liked done 1) The water in the pool was a bit cool so we could not enjoy at all 2) The Jacuzzi never warmed up even when we changed the temp therefore we could not enjoy that either. So two of the features we so wanted to enjoy, we could not unfortunately. With that being said our fun was limited 3) There was a leak coming from the left upstairs bedroom into the Master bedroom, which was unexpected and eye sore. Prayerfully those issues will be resolved before the next family visits.

Large, yet cozy!

We loved our stay here for our 2022 friend getaway. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable and the cabin was super clean. There is a gas grill located on the main level deck which was perfect for grilling for a large group of people. The fire place in the living room could also be enjoyed while hanging out in the rocking chairs on the porch. Location was AMAZING and conveniently located to everything you need, including adventuring in downtown Gatlinburg. The only bummer about this cabin was the pool because the water temp was way too cold to swim. The host was great and very responsive.

Great place for the Family

Great experience for the whole family. Kids really enjoyed the game room and pool area. Everyone liked the theater room but I would suggest bringing a DVD... the satellite internet is what it is... I've had this internet before, and it not great.....VIASAT sucks.. overall though, it was a very good week and would recommend this vacation stay....

Amazing Place to Stay

Wow. Beautiful home to stay in. 10 of us stayed for 2 nights. That was not long enough at this amazing cabin! We loved every second of it! SPOTLESS when we arrived. Had no trouble checking in or getting in contact with Eden Crest if we did have an issue. Someone is always available to help with any questions! Beds were comfortable! Movie theatre is awesome! Pool is great! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Thanks Eden Crest! We will be back!
