Questo è un ampio fronte d'acqua sul canale, struttura aperta, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, casa al piano terra che può ospitare fino a 6 persone con molto spazio libero. È a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti, bar, parchi sul lungomare e il Cabana Club. Siamo situati sul lato dell'oceano, tuttavia avrete accesso immediato al golfo attraverso Vaca cut. Sia che stiate pianificando una vacanza di pesca, o una vacanza in famiglia, la nostra casa non vi deluderà ed è la destinazione perfetta!
Questa proprietà ha un layout ampio aperto con una vista incredibile del canale in tutto il retro della casa. La casa comprende due TV ad alta definizione, Internet wireless, Direct TV, freezer per esche, stazione di filetto, doccia esterna, attrezzatura da spiaggia, grill a gas, lavanderia, cucina completamente attrezzata, ventilatori a soffitto multipli, kayak e accesso al Cabana Beach Club. Dietro la casa c'è un patio con posti a sedere dove puoi goderti la giornata consumando un pasto e bere mentre guardi le barche che passano. Di notte abbiamo illuminazione a LED all'aperto per impostare l'atmosfera durante la visualizzazione delle stelle. Questa proprietà offre anche un dock 37 1/2 'con ampio spazio per mantenere la vostra barca.

Very nice home, large living room, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, canal access, quiet neighborhood, very nice neighbors, Cabana Club access ( large pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, beach access, bar & restaurant), secondary bathroom is spacious with a tub/shower. Fully equipped kitchen. New very nice washer and dryer. Primary bathroom is smaller but still nice. Air condition works great.

Great place to stay. Parking was adequate. Boat dock was decent. Kitchen had had everything we needed. Pots and pans were worn but all clean and usable. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels

Excellent and beautiful!

The property is as beautiful as the pics show. Clean, comfortable and the ammenities of the colony were just right. Great location and close to so many things! Highly recommended!

Great place, comfortable and well equipped

Great place to stay in the keys. The place is well-equipped and clean. We were disappointed with the cabana club as it was very busy and we were not allowed to bring our water bottles. The house is well located and we rented a boat for the week. We visited Sombrero reef, coffin patch, the sand bars and the golf side. The sand bars were our favourite

Excellent place for relaxed vacation

First of all, my family was impressed with the cleanliness of this property. With 2 kids under three it was very important for us. Very nice relaxing view of the channel with cruising boats from time to time . Great location and restaurants in very close proximity. Very responsive property manager, Katie, and the owner who quickly replied our messages. Highly recommend this property to everyone who would like to enjoy his/her vacation on the keys.

Beautiful, clean, airy home with great views on the canal. Having access to the Key Club was great. Nice pool, beach and great service. Checking in was challenging though. We never received any check-in instructions. We contacted the property manager but did not hear back from her. After 2 hours we got nervous and sent her another message and also texted the owner. Then she started to respond but had trouble getting us the information. After a bit, she stopped responding. Just as we got to the property, we tried to call the owner. Finally, on the second call he responded and helped us to get into the house. Eventually, the property manager did send us the instructions but it was an hour after the owner had already helped us get in.We noticed the next day that the AC wasn't working. This time the property manager responded right away and someone was there in minutes. Unfortunately, the next day, we had the same problem. The issue was finally resolved in a timely manner.Be aware that if you are staying a week, you will need extra toilet paper and laundry detergent. Other than that the home was supplied with everything you could need.

Disappointments

Our host “forgot” to send the check-in instructions. I texted at 3:00; no response. Texted again at 4:00; no response. Called VRBO at 4:10, and they called the host. We finally gained access at 4:40.Home was clean and well-furnished. We appreciated the Club access for swimming. Days later we realized the refrigerator was not working so we had Luke-warm beverages and melted freezer items. Host got it repaired quickly after we reported it to her. The host texted “I can send you a check if you would like. A little something for the inconvenience with check in and the ice cream etc.” That was November 11, and still have not received the compensation.

Place was clean and the AC kept the place cool. Nice space outside to sit at night. Very quiet area. Pool was great. WiFi would not work for us. Password listed with directions kept telling me it was incorrect. Other than that it was a good stay

Little green house

We had a great stay here. We loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living area of the house. Our only dislike of the interior of the house was the tiny master bath. Outside the grounds were well maintained. Our dislikes of the exterior were the lack of any shade in the back yard. The retractable awning on the back of the house did not work. There is no dock, it is only the sea wall. The sea wall deck height was so high the boat can go underneath it. The 4x4 posts that were attached to the sea wall that are meant to be makeshift boat bumpers are loose and provide very little protection from scratching the boat or banging into the underneath of the sea wall.

We did not notice this review. I apologize for the late response. In Key Colony, some docks are wood, and some are concrete. Ours is concrete. Since July of 2022, we have fastened 2 out of the four posts that did have some wiggle. We have also attached 6-foot long, large, white bumpers to all the posts.

Great Location on the Water in Key Colony Beach

The house is in a great location on the canals in Key Colony Beach. We rented a 22 foot boat from All Aboard Boat Rentals for a few days and the dock had enough space for it - but a larger boat will not fit. The house is old, but has been updated with an addition that has added more space internally for a dining area. The house was clean when we arrived, but there were some things were not working, a few of the ceiling fans did not work and the barbeque on the lanai is old and rusted out and needs to be replaced. The biggest disappointment was the lanai shade that extents out from the house does not work. The back yard faces West and the afternoon sun blasts directly into house. Its unbearable to sit outside during the afternoon, and you have to close all the window & sliding door shades to keep the house cool. Fortunately the A/C works great and keeps the house cool during all hours of the day. The house is a short 10 minute drive to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants - that's due to the 25 mph speed limit in the canal neighborhoods. We highly recommend the Island Fish Company for lunch or dinner, its a loud place but the food and service is excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Key Colony Beach house.

We have replaced the gas grill. We will stay on top of our outdoor grill as well as our outdoor furniture. The salt air deteriorates stainless steel much faster than expected. Our dock is exactly 37.5 ft. in length. The boat's overall length (LOA) has to be less than 37.5 ft; to fit.

Clean Comfortable Convenient

Enjoyed our stay. Home is well equipped for a kick back vacation but also convenient to attractions and fishing. Patio is nice for watching the boats go by but could use some shade for comfort in the afternoon.

Relaxing stay in the keys

The house was very conveniently located. It had everything we needed and was the right size for our family of 4. We rented a boat for a few days and was able to tie it up behind the house. Nice to be able to use the Cabana Club. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great little duplex in Key Colony!

The duplex is just how it looks in the pictures - I liked the open living room and kitchen area, and the rooms were nice sizes. The bathrooms are a little tight but exactly as pictured (and as to be expected in the standard duplex in Key Colony). Overall we really enjoyed the property - too bad it was so windy we didn't get to use our boat!
