Overall a great location
My family and I enjoyed our stay here, but we had several issues with this place.
It was clean for the most part but it needs a deep clean. There were dead bugs on the windowsills. The silverware was disgusting. When reading the rules, the guests are responsible for cleaning the dishes. So the property manager is depending on the previous guest to make sure the dishes are clean for the next guest? That is completely unacceptable.
They give you those crappy hotel soap bars to wash your hands. My dad was kind enough to leave our bottles of soap for the next people. They don't provide trash bags.
Nobody is tending to the outside of the property. There is a palm tree directly against the porch, and this tree was dropping all kinds of crap all over the porch. It took us a while to sweep it all off. There were over 8 active wasp nests all over the property! And again, my dad being the kind man that he is, took his time and money to get rid of them.
Showering here is awful. The water pressure is a joke. It's literally mist. And the shower liner was literally caked in soap scum. Just replace it or clean it!
Lastly, they want you to do a lot of cleaning when you check out. Dishes, bedding, and sweeping all the floors!? Of all the places I've ever stayed, I've never been asked to sweep the floors. And then they have the nerve to ask you to tip the cleaning crew!
For the amount of money we spent to stay here, all of these little things should be provided.
