The house was in a great location close to the university. The game room was a perfect spot for everyone to gather and enjoy the time together. The house had games and puzzles along with the pool table. Kitchen was stocked, we cooked our meals and ate in. Seating was nice for our large family.We had a great visit and would come again if we had the opportunity!

Some doors would not lock. House was dark inside. 40 watt bulbs in lamps. Had to buy lightbulbs. Not clean, lots of dust and floors were not clean. Grill was unusable from mold. Shower doors unsafe. Faucets leaked. Floor in laundry room constantly wet due to poor drainage.Management company was very responsive to problems. Amy was on top of things. Brought a new grill to house quickly. I would use Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals again, but not this house. They were very helpful.

Great location, lots of space

My group enjoyed our 5-day stay. The location is wonderful: in a private neighborhood minutes from the ski resorts and parkway.

Honey Bear Haven is a beautiful "cabin" with plenty of room for multiple people. We had nine in our group and everyone had a wonderful time.

Great Place Close to Boone

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend trip to the mountains and it was great. Lots of space, good location, and well organized. I'd definitely recommend it to others!

Perfect holiday getaway

We stayed here with three families. We had plenty of room and space for all the kids. The location was perfect it was in the middle of all the attractions and restaurants. We all had a blast.

Comfortable and clean.

Great location near hiking, shopping, tubing etc. The property is tucked away giving you that cabin in the woods feeling. Plenty of room to spread out. The pool table was a big hit and the huge porch was wonderful. We would stay here again.
