A disaster

It was a disaster and VRBO did nothing other than refund my $. I booked and got a confirmation and then called to ensure all was good. They dhave my reservation or anything. Such a terrible experience. Why would VRBO not block this place? I’m done with VRBO.

I was not happy because they couldn’t find my reservation.

I never got a chance to stay because they couldn’t find my reservation and I haven’t received my refund yet. It’s bad and no I will not tell anyone about Vrbo.. I need my refund it’s y’all fault

We arrived to check in only to be told they had no record of our pre-paid reservation. We were told that a two bedroom suite that we booked didn't even exist. We took a queen room with two beds. The beds were very uncomfortable so we immediately checked out. An hour was all we needed to know that this was not the place for us. Don't let the pictures fool you, they were taken at angles were you can't see the street right there.

This is not a place for children and families. Homeless people live here. Old and poor repair. Was not a suite.

Not worth the hassle

I booked and paid for this reservation for my son and his fiancé. When they arrived they told my son that they had the reservation but no payment and had him pay again. When I called VRBO they confirmed that the payment he made went directly to the owner. After two weeks, with no response from the owner, we were finally able to get the first payment refunded. As far as the stay, one of the bedrooms was missing a curtain and a light was shining through the whole night. There were also no shower supplies besides one bar of soap. (which they are not required to provide, but most quality places do). The stay was mediocre at best according to my son and then the hassle of being double charged put it over the top for us. Beware.
