We really enjoyed this stay for our first visit to Folly Beach. Everything was walkable. Having some beach equipment really helped since we flew in. We would stay here again.

Although this seemed a bit far from Charleston on the map we found it was just far enough to let us have both the classy historic Charleston vacation we wanted AND a lovely beach/beach town vacation. We walked everywhere on Folly Island and were a short 20-30 minute drives to reach all of our Charleston activities! Great place, great service.

Lovely home. Enjoyed being able to sit on the screened in porch un the morning with our coffee, or by the pool which was right around the corner from this unit. We didn't utilize the items in the garage. But it was nice not to have to pack large items down. Everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet part of town, which made for a relaxing vacation. The beach was just a short distance away, making it easy to enjoy time by the water.The house was the perfect size for our family of six, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We also appreciated that it was stocked with beach essentials, which made our trip even more convenient. One of our favorite parts of the trip was watching dolphins from the back deck, and finding shark teeth along the beach. Overall, the house had everything we needed for a fantastic family beach getaway, and we would happily stay here again.

Just the perfect place to travel with family. We enjoyed having the pool and the back pier to fish from. It was only a short walk or ride to the beach, close to all the restaurants in Folly and only a short drive into Charleston.

Fabulous Stay

We had a great week in Folly! Beautiful home, beautiful view and it was stocked with everything from beach towels to chairs, sand toys, fishing gear. Really enjoyed our time here!

Great stay!

Accommodations were great and communication with management was prompt. The house was stocked with items needed for cooking and having bikes & beach items were most appreciated. We will stay again!

House was nice and clean, I didn’t like that communication with the property management seemed automated and not very timely, I like it better when you can speak with owners directly. Beds could have been more comfortable, felt like sleeping on a rock with sheets . Pictures make it look like it’s a house but it’s smushed in a small area with other houses and evidently an HOA that does not like cars anywhere other that’s pulled in teh garage. Pictures show ping pong table but no way to play because the cars have to be pulled in and can’t be on the street. Will definitely look for a different place next time.

Great spot!

The unit is even nicer than the photos! Right next to pool and a dock to water where you can take kayaks out or fish. Short walk to downtown and ocean which is nice being a little bit away from the craziness. Beautiful place!

Best of Folly

This was our first visit to Folly and we were very happy to find it a convenient location to the pool, dock and short golf cart ride to the beach. It was also nice to have all the restaurants 5 mins away. The view of Folly River and the marsh is beautiful. The townhouse was very nicely decorated and the kitchen very we’ll equipped. .

Water’s Edge

This was a nice townhouse with good location and proximity to the beach. Very clean. Also close, within walking distance, to local attractions like the shopping on Folly Beach and restaurants. We would definitely go back.

Family vacation

Great property with nice views, easy access to town shops, eateries & beach (10-15 min walk). Clean property, plenty of room for a family of 5. Fully stocked kitchen & beach/pool toys. Beautiful morning sunrise views from the porches! Rented a golf cart for the final days to explore the island. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommended!

Perfect location! Can walk to the beach and restaurants and then only a 20 min ride to Charleston! Place was full of all the amenities that you can think of. Only downfall is parking. Garage is real tight and only room for one extra vehicle so could not have additional friends in the area come visit. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Walk to the beach or into town.

Great place to stay. It's very clean and the beds are comfortable. You can walk everywhere and it's an easy 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. There was a glitch with the door code but the property manager fixed it promptly. The bikes, as mentioned in another post, were in disrepair but the owner rented a couple of bikes for our stay.
