Nice Host

The house is cute with nice finishes and it was great to have two beds and baths. Very responsive and helpful, Erin was great to work with. Unfortunately, the HUGE backyard had quite a bit of construction material in it and there were excessive personal belongings in the garage, which were not as conducive to our dog as we expected. I was fine with it but my wife felt it needed a thorough cleaning. The bedrooms, and beds are small. I found the mattress on the one on the left to be very uncomfortable and noisy, the one on the right much better. Not learning the air conditioner is actually an evaporative (swamp) cooler operated with an on/off switch (no thermostat) until after booking, it was muggy cool during the HOT day, cold at night.

All and all our stay was pretty good, the location was perfect for what we had planned for activities... I was a little dis appointed with the cooking utensils and the mattress in the small bedroom, but other than that it was a pleasurable stay..

Nice stay for cross country move

We were moving cross country and this property was great place for us to stay with our pets. It had everything we needed to get a restful night sleep and get on the road the next day.

Great location

This property was wonderful: great location, you just pop off the freeway and you’re there, which was great as we had been driving for 12 hours! Having access to the garage was an awesome bonus. The house was perfect for us, and being able to bring in our dog was a plus. Erin is a great host, very responsive to my emails and the coffee amenities were above and beyond. We appreciated having the large private yard, being that we had a dog, just be aware there are sticker burrs - not something they can particularly handle, just be aware they are there. All in all we loved our stay!

Not bad

I picked the place because I wanted something on the smaller side (I was alone) that would allow pets. I had my daughters dog for a couple nights of my week long stay. Cons: the neighborhood is a little scetchy. I had to walk the dog one night and was told by someone around the block to move on with my dog. That doesn’t happen where I’m from. The bigger con was the back yard. Not suitable for dogs. Sharp rocks and small burs are everywhere, thus the need to walk the dog in the neighborhood. Pros: very nice to see a Keurig with pods available. Great snacks too. Comfortable bed in the front room. I’d stay again, without a dog and for one night. I wouldn’t do another week there.

Perfect Road Trip Stopping Point

Great little place, right off the 40, but not so close that you are bothered by it. All that you need in terms of food/shopping/etc. are right there. Nice updates and a good-sized TV for relaxing and watching a movie after a long day of driving. Highly recommend!

So accommodating and clean!

Loved staying here for a night on my way to MN. So clean, welcoming and relaxing…which was much needed after a 10-hour car ride! Highly recommend!!

Cute house and quiet location

Close to I-40 which was convenient. Cute house and quiet location. Had all the amenities we needed for an overnight stop. We never received check-in instructions for our first trip so still waiting for a refund on that. Not sure how to do that bcuz VRBO hasn’t responded to our email. The return trip was already booked and we did receive check-in instructions that time. That trip went off without a hitch.

LOVED this place! Yard is HUGE! Very Clean Cute House

How could anyone be "disappointed" with this place! It's adorable. Exactly as pictured but looks even better in person. Each and every room was super tidy and smelled fresh and clean. The yard is HUGE, my dogs loved it. Such a nice yard for the dogs to run in after a long car ride. The garage was empty and available for use. The laundry room was big and had everything you could possibly need. Pur water filter pitcher in frig. A few snacks were set out for guest use. 2 bathrooms which I only used one, but still cool that there was 2. Perfect place for 2 couples or just one person like myself. The location was GREAT. Located close to everything you could possibly need. I thought the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

There’s a reason there are no outside photos of the yard, neighborhood etc. Also it has a swamp cooler not a real AC unit so in very hot temperatures be aware of that limitation.

Road Trip

We stayed here for one night to break up our drive from California back to Texas. This was perfect for our one night stay. We arrived around 10pm. No lights were on inside the house so it was a little intimidating coming into a house you aren’t familiar with in the dark. But once we got in and turned on some lights we were good. Very nicely remodeled and a good amount of room for dogs to travel with you. We enjoyed the keurig for coffee the morning that we left to get back on the road. The snacks, tea and oatmeal was a nice option for our morning. Would definitely recommend to people.
