Great location and family friendly

Property was as advertised. Very close to beach and town. Pool was a hit and plenty of space for our extended family. Would stay again!

I only say below average because for the price of the house for the week, updating is needed. Not only updated but maybe some TLC as well. Location is great.

Fall Break

Property was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 (mom, dad, grandmother and 8 well-behaved teens...Thank the LORD)! The Cabana, outdoor kitchen and pool area gave us plenty of room to spread out, while all the windows gave the adults an opportunity to supervise. The golf-cart and bikes were well-used. Most of all, the house was VERY clean, both kitchens were well stocked, and the property managers were the VERY BEST I've ever met. Denise and Noah were absolute God-sends when we broke a glass, lost a wallet, etc. Could not recommend Paradise Properties or this home more highly.

We had another reservation with another company fall through after we had already arrived in PCB. Thankfully Paradise30A saved the day by allowing us to book a truly last minute stay for a full week! Perfect week

From check in until check out, our family had a wonderful time together at Key Lime Pie! The house is perfect for a 3 generation family to spread out or gather. The beds are comfortable and everything seemed well tended. The kitchen was the most complete we have ever had at the beach. Proximity to the Destin Ice House for the daily catch and the Donut Hole made mealtime easy and enjoyable. The outdoor kitchen and pool house were also utilized daily. When you book your vacation in Florida's Panhandle, with our property management company, you can expect first class customer service from the moment you inquire. All of our properties are professionally cleaned, inspected, and maintained at the highest level. We are located close to all of our properties and we are available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week to ensure your vacation is flawless. Our goal is to build a lasting memory for all of our guests.
Minimum Age Requirement is 25.
Guest must agree to sign Paradise30A rental agreement with 48 hours of booking or we will cancel the reservation.
Pet-friendly, dogs only, with $250 pet fee.
*Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you (for an additional fee), so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
