Welcome to my home!

A 20m2 studio located on the 5th floor overlooks a quiet residential street.

These included a small kitchen with all the basics (electric cooker, microwave, sink, kettle, toaster...) for you to make all your meals. A dining table with two chairs. Mirrored wardrobe.

Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. A television and a queen-size bed with hotel quality linens and duvets for a restful sleep after venturing around the neighbourhood of Issy-les-Moulineaux and beyond.

Towels, soap, and shampoo are provided free of charge for your own personal use.

Just leave your bags and explore!

Please take note that there are some renovation in the 3rd floor of the building (you are located on the 5th), so there might be some occasional noises throughout the period of april/june. Sorry about the inconvenience.

NOTE: The elevator will be out of service from January 2nd until January 23rd.

## Neighborhood

Issy-les-Moulineaux is a commune in the southwestern suburban area of Paris, France, lying on the left bank of the river Seine. It is one of Paris' entrances and is located 6.6 km from Notre-Dame Church, which is considered Kilometre Zero of France.

You will find numerous parks in the city and will compel you to daydream, read and explore as there tons of vineyards, beehives and even an equestrian centre! Perfect for those wanting to experiencing the french country-side without leaving the borders of Paris.

Reaching to all the major tourist sites such as Notre-Dame, the Tour Eiffel and the Louvre will take roughly 45 minutes by car or Metro.

## Transit

Station Les Moulineaux 10 minutes walk:

- T2 tram that takes you to RER C Issy Val de Seine - Eiffel Tower in 25 minutes - Palace of Versailles in 45 minutes (URL HIDDEN) - Metro Balard line 8 in 10 minutes

- Bus 123 which takes you to Metro line 12 Mairie d'Issy

- Bus 289 that takes you to Metro line 9 Porte de Saint Cloud

- Bus 389 that takes you to Metro line 9 Pont de Sèvres

Transilien station Meudon 15 minutes walk to Gare Montparnasse

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
