Located in Juan-les-Pins, 5 min away by walk from the beach, this cozy apartment can accommodate 4 people. Close to shops and restaurants, this flat with a terrace and a balcony is perfect in order to have a break and enjoy the sun.

Our flat is situated on the 2nd floor (with elevator), consists of a living space of 45 sq. m and includes:
- a wide living-room with a sofa-bed (a second single bed can be stored under the sofa),
- a nice bedroom with double bed,
- a well-equipped kitchen: kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a terrace and a balcony,
- vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and WI-FI.

Very close to the train station and the beach (5 min by foot), you will be able to walk to all the places that make Antibes and Juan-les-Pins famous : the casino (10 min), the Pinède garden full of squirrels (15 min), the Gould Square where the Jazz à Juan Festival is taking place (15 min)… It will also take you just a few minutes walking to join all the bars, restaurants and nightclubs that animate Juan-les-Pins. At last, in just 25 min by walk, you will be in the heart of the Old Antibes and could enjoy its Provençal market, the Picasso museum, the harbor…

You will be close to the Juan-les-Pins train station : perfect in order to visit the Côte d’Azur
