Luminosa casa sulla spiaggia allegra nel villaggio di Cassine! Situato in posizione centrale a Seagrove Beach, Cassine Village offre servizi desiderabili: 2 piscine, campi da tennis, sentieri per passeggiate nei boschi. Bella casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni con posto auto coperto. | Il portico anteriore è accogliente, con pioggia o sole - c'è molto spazio per recintare amici e parenti e godersi una mattinata tranquilla o un bel tramonto. Entra nella casa attraverso le portefinestre ed entra in un ampio spazio di vita aperto. Il primo piano è un concetto aperto con un comodo soggiorno e sala da pranzo perfetto per intrattenere. Gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile in cucina danno un tocco moderno. Ripiani in granito in tutta la casa. Una camera da letto al primo piano e 3 camere da letto al piano superiore. La master suite di grandi dimensioni ha una zona salotto e una veranda coperta privata. * Sabato a sabato noleggio in stagione. | * È disponibile un servizio spiaggia gratuito con 2 sedie con ombrellone 1/1/2020 - 31/10/2020 (tempo permettendo). * Parcheggio per 3 auto. * Spiacente, non sono ammessi animali.

Perfect Home Away From Home
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this house 2 years in a row. Absolutely loved it. I have 3 kids and this place fits us perfectly and has everything. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place in a perfect location so close to the beach. My family and I loved it and will definitely stay again here. Benchmark is the best property management team out there and are always helpful and willing to go out of their way.

Mermaids’ Rest
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mermaids’ Rest is in a great location. We love this area of Seagrove and this was our second time staying in Cassine Village. It is about an 8 minute walk to the beach access and is in a very quiet area, close to community pool and tennis courts. We had air conditioning problems throughout our whole stay. We had to contact benchmark multiple times about the issue and the temperature stayed 75 even after the unit was supposedly fixed. The air conditioner can’t manually be changed to below 72 degrees even if it would have worked our average temperature was 75 and one day went up to 85. The freezer also didn’t make ice at first and the fridge wasn’t cooling well until a few days into the trip. The house is as pictured and most of the house was clean except the floors were very dirty. Our feet were black within minutes of taking our shoes off. The downstairs mattress also needs to be replaced, it sags very bad in the middle. One last issue we had was with the TVs, they weren’t working and benchmark had to come out and reset them. Overall we had a great trip, but there were a few inconveniences throughout the week, especially the air conditioner.

If the beach is too crowded, and the one within walking distance usually is, the pools were not, so you could choose where you wanted to be. The location is within walking distance of great restaurants and a bit of shopping.

We loved Cassine Gardens!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Mermaid’s Rest for two weeks and absolutely loved the neighborhood. It was quaint and quiet, perfect for our family and in a great location. We biked all of 30A from here, and spent a lot of time in Seaside! We loved that the owners left a binder of all local recommendations and a guide of the area. The house was spacious with a good layout and equipped with everything we needed. We were able to walk or quickly bike to the beach!The downfall was the cleanliness of the house. It did not appeared properly cleaned at all. Our feet were black within an hour of entering the house and walking around. It felt there was a layer of grime on everything. There was a ton of very visible dust under the beds, there was hair in the showers and mold in the toilets. It took my husband 45 minutes to clean the grill before using. I ended up spending a day doing a full clean of the house before we were able to settle in.Aside from that, we had an Incredibly memorable trip and would definitely rent in Cassine Gardens again!
