The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The write up was a little misleading - it was a LONG walk to the beach. A lot about this property was nice, but one room was hot and the bed was uncomfortable. The other room was comfortable but had lousy lighting. the bunks beds were uncomfortable. The rooms could have used a chair. The screen porch was nice but the door didn't seal properly so the bugs could get in. The outside was beautiful. The hot tub was nice but we couldn't get the temperature above 98 (and it was usually at 95) and it was dirty. The yard had dog feces in it from a prior tenant.The kitchen was delightful but could have used a more updated fridge that gave you filtered water. We had no use for the dining room. Furniture in the living room was not comfortable. This definitely was not as nice as other places we have rented but still about the same price. Also, one of the neighbors was rude the night we first got there. And the listing needs to include Unit 1.
