This two-bedroom town-home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Bask in the sunshine and ocean view available on any of three decks--off the master suite, the second bedroom, and the main living area. Grill something fresh for dinner while enjoying drinks and company outside by the private community pool, or enjoy fast internet or Hulu on all the televisions inside, with plenty of room for entertaining and a fully modern kitchen. Less than a block from the beachfront, this newly remodeled town-home can easily sleep six with the use of its queen sleeper sofa, and the twin beds in the second bedroom can convert to a king. This cozy spot is perfect for a family beach vacation, a weekend getaway, or a relaxing home away from home.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. Beach Trip 2023

Everything was clean and orderly. The walk to the beach was short. This was so relaxing and quiet; the rain didn't even interrupt our vacation. Mexico Beach is the most beautiful beach ever. The pool was great; my grandson really enjoyed it. Wish I was there now!!

Family vacation

The property was clean and a good location to for the beach. It had a queen and two twin beds that were all worn out and in need of replacement. The twin beds had a very visible sunk in place in the mattress and you could feel the springs in both. Only one bed had a “set” of sheets. The other two only had the flat sheet and a blanket. The property was as described however it needs a few things addressed to make it comfortable. I have stayed in this condo community on three other occasions and this was the only time I have been disappointed.

June 26-28 stay

We were very satisfied with our stay. The condo was very nice and modern. The one negative (small one) was lack of TV and Wi-fi service. Although network and password were provided, it would not connect and I think the TV service was internet based.
