In the courtyard of the farm, the gîte is in the main house with part of the courtyard in common with the second gîte (7 people), with a private space, the whole is closed and is suitable for large families, located near the Etang des Bois, the Orléans forest, the canal and its Lorris hiking trails. The house has a large closed and heated veranda with a lounge area. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, large living room with lounge area, dining room, small separate lounge, shower room, separate wc. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds, 1 with 1 90x200 bed, 1 with 1 160 or 2 x 80x200 bed, bathroom, separate wc. Central heating included and electricity included.
