The resort and condo are within walking distance to a public beach and all of your favorite restaurants and shops right in the center of town. We have our own on-site restaurant Cody's Gastro Garage that will deliver right to your door. Visit our retail Bear Lake Surf Club clothing shops, a day-spa & boutique for your weekly massage, and a nostalgic Bear Lake Candy Co. candy store - all right down the stairs from your fantastic accommodations. Visit our check-in office and receive a referral card for 10% discount in any of our resort partners! Within walking distance enjoy some fun miniature golfing, race in the mini go-kart circuit, Heritage Park for sun pickleball, and Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is just 12 miles away!!

Our MountainView vacation suite is perfect for a family wanting the best for family getaways or groups of friends looking to enjoy Bear Lake's year-round activities. With 3 private bedrooms, it sleeps 6 people - request an air mattress to sleep a couple more - up to 8! The two master suites have king-sized beds and in-suite bathrooms, plus a den with sofa sleeper and a sofa in the living room. The kitchen has full-size appliances, utensils, pots and pans, and cooking utensils are included. Even a dishwasher and in-suite washer and dryer.

What a serene place for vacation!

Excellent location, clean and spacious rooms. Functional kitchen was a plus. Loved the proximity to mountains & lake. Did not receive the initial check-in email hence had a bit of difficulty checking in. But did get that sorted out over a phone call. Will surely visit again - probably in summer. Thank You Ruben.

Stay at Bear Lake

Getting into the property was difficult. No entrance was given to us through VRBO. The number they listed for after hours work was out of order. It took 4 four phone calls to the number on the VRBO listing to get the correct number. Adam was great. The power and gas had been knocked out before our stay and had not been turned back on or checked before we arrived. Adam turned on the gas, power and hot water immediately once we got a hold of him. The rooms were nice and the access to the lake was great. Adam was very responsive and made our stay comfortable. Communicating with management and getting correct numbers and access was very challenging.

We have rented a number of places at Bear Lake. The Waters Edge was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful Condo

My experience was all around okay. Super clean and a stunning condo. The only complaint is the condo wasn’t supplied with necessity things. Broom for one, we tried our best to get the sand off before coming back but it’s bear lake! Also no wash cloths for the kitchen. Other than a few other things. I’d recommend this place to anyone I know.
