Eagle’s Nest is slightly off the hustle and bustle of Main Street Breckenridge. Up on scenic Boreas Pass, you’ll be surrounded by pine forest, wildlife, and get views of the ski resort from our porch. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been recently updated and is both modern and stylish. It’s the perfect place for 4 people. We are a 1 minute walk to the free bus, taking you to Main Street or the ski resort. If you don't feel like waiting for the bus, we're only an 8 minute drive into town.
- Bedrooms -
Eagle’s Nest is perfect for couples or families. You’ll find two spacious bedrooms each with comfy queen sized beds. A good night's sleep shouldn't be something you worry about or miss on vacation. The master bedroom has a Purple mattress to help you sleep well after a long day outdoors. Each bedside table is topped with a USB lamp for easy plug-in as you lay down at night - no fussing needing to find an outlet.
- Bathrooms -
Each bedroom has a connecting full bathroom. The master bedroom has a recently updated standing shower, and the second bathroom has a full tub. All bathrooms have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You can also find Q-Tips, floss sticks, a hair dryer, and bath salts in the bathrooms. Since we loathe using the tiny hotel towels, you'll find extra-large towels in each bathroom. There are additional towels located in each closet. Oh, and each bathroom has heated floors: turn those bad boys on as soon as you hop into the shower for maximum comfort.
- Kitchen -
Don't worry about dragging your own kitchen with you on vacation - this one is fully equipped. Chef your heart out on the electric stovetop, or bake some delicious treats in the oven. Coffee, creamers, teas, and hot coco are on the house. There's also a blender for stirring up some tasty smoothies to cool off after a day on the trails. Making some ribs and want to head out for the day? There's a Crockpot for that. Need to store the leftovers? Various sizes of "Tupperware" are at your disposal. Salt, pepper, sugar, flour, olive oil, and a variety of spices are also stocked.
- Pets -
We'd love for you to bring your dogs with you, but please leave your kittens at home. If you are bringing a dog (2 maximum per stay), please let us know prior to booking. There is a $35 non-refundable pet fee, per night, per dog, for the first two nights. No charge after that. If you do bring a dog and you do not inform, we may ask you to leave with no refund. Please be honest!
Pet rules are pretty basic. Make sure your furry friend is well behaved. If they have an accident, clean it up. Please keep your dogs off our furniture. If your pets leave hair on the furniture or do damage to the property, you will be charged. If you do need to leave your dog unattended, crate him. If you didn't bring a crate, we have one in the closet you're welcome to use.
- Getting comfy -
There is heating in every room hooked up to WiFi thermostats. The place will be warm when you arrive (feel free to send us your preferred temperature) and we'll turn down the heat once you depart from your stay, so you can stay cozy the whole time. In addition, there is a natural wood fireplace in the living room. We don't provide wood but you are welcome to pick some up from town.
- Parking -
Parking is all outdoors and you are able to park two cars in the lot. We highly recommend a 4WD car if you are coming in the winter.
- Gear Storage -
You are welcome to keep any bikes out on our deck. There is also a rack for skis, snowboards, and boots in the mudroom.
- Washer/Dryer -
A washer and dryer are available for your use.
- Check In/Guest Experience -
We operate on a contactless check in. You will receive a keypad code for entry a few days before your stay. We are always available to you, regardless of the time. If you have any issues of any sort that would prevent you from leaving us a glowing review, please contact us immediately. We know how important it is for your time off to be perfect, and we want to be sure we provide you with the best stay possible.
- Getting Around -
The Summit Stage Rock Ridge bus stop is just outside our place, a short one minute walk away. The bus usually picks up twice an hour but due to staffing shortages, it is only coming once an hour at the moment. The bus ride from our place to town is about 10-15 minutes. The bus will take you directly to the base of Peak 9, the gondola, or Main Street.
