Tucked away on a friendly tree lined street inside The Cottages at Cultus Lake community you will discover the most charming retreat. This two level cottage has a great layout for families -living room, eat-in kitchen and powder room expand the main level while a large bedroom, spacious loft and full bathroom are all upstairs. It also has a peaceful outdoor living space, equipped with a large deck and BBQ, and spacious backyard that is perfect for evening campfires or roasting marshmallows under the stars. And better yet, its location is just a 2-minute walk from the clubhouse, pools, playgrounds, fitness centre, media room, library, kid's corner, sports courts, etc.

The Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. Great for us as we have two small dogs and many other properties don't allow any dogs. We gave the location 4 stars instead of 5 because the property is located quite far away from services. It is at the south end of Cultus Lake and the nearest community, Sardis, is about 15 km away.

A little paradise!

Teresa and John were super hosts! They were very attentive and made sure we knew how to use everything and had everything. The Cottage is lovely, like -new furniture, appliances, linens and very clean. Patio was a perfect place to relax in the sun and shade, everything is set up for you. Loved the pool access and Cottages community for walks and other activities like tennis and even horse shoes :) Looking forward to our next stay at Teresa & Josh’s little peice of paradise!

We are parents to six beautiful kids, foster parent to one great boy, and we are entrepreneurs. We run a talent agency, a driving school and do many other things along the way.

We had a goal to create a nice Summer get-away for our family and friends and we then decided to open our home to others who were looking for a nice respite themselves.

We came to open our home to others quite by accident -- John bumped into a Mom inside the gated community whose family was living in Israel but was stuck in B.C. due to the Covid-19 restriction on air travel. We heard her story and we knew we just had to help this person we'd just met and her husband and her new toddler out in this trying time since they had no where else to go. We rented our place to them right after we bought it, even before our family had the opportunity to enjoy it.

We are hoping you and everyone who stays at our place will enjoy it and love it just as much as our first visitors did, see you in Cultus Lake -- Enjoy!

We fell in love with this place due to its beautiful setting among the mountains and Cultus Lake so close to our family home. Walking into the 10,000 square foot amenity centre, The TreeHouse, just sealed the deal. A place where we all can swim and play games and exercise and hike and bike and watch movies and just kick back relax and enjoy.
