Separate bedroom with 140 cm bed with cupboard and television.
The living room serves a mezzanine with a bed for 2 people, window and storage.
Bathroom with shower and wc.
Terrace with garden furniture as well as a dining area with stone table and barbecue, storeroom with washing machine.
WIFI available.

The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 600 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. It has a 15m x 8 m swimming pool with a depth of 95 to 140 cm. It opens from the beginning of July to the end of August.
Shops, grocery stores, restaurants are located 800 m away.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).
Not suitable for PRMs.
The tourist tax is extra.
The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
