Our lofted apartment is the perfect base camp for a family vacation or getaway with friends. The CB Loft is on the third floor of the Axtel building, located at the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort directly across from the resort’s two primary chair lifts. In winter you will be able to hit the lifts just outside your door and on the mountain making first tracks on those incredible CB powder days. During summer, mountain bike trails begin outside your door and the Red Lady chair lift runs all summer to accommodate the downhill biking season. Ride the Silver Queen chair lift and view town from the top of Mt. Crested Butte on the popular Peak Hike. If chairlifts aren’t your thing, access hiking trails for all ability levels from the base area and other nearby trailheads such as Snodgrass and the Upper Loop.

The recently renovated CB Loft is an oversized three-story two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom unit with balconies providing remarkable views of Mt. Crested Butte, Whetstone Mountain and Axtell Peak. Stop in at local mountain hot spots - for a latte at the Coffee Lab, for tapas at The Divvy or grab and go at the Crested Butte Burger Co. After a day of adventuring, don’t forget to hit up The Avalanche for a beer or their most famous libation, The Avy Warning. Hop on the Crested Butte Town Shuttle, less than a five-minute walk from the loft, and take a five-minute bus ride to experience all that funky, historic Crested Butte has to offer. You can also access town by following the scenic recreation path down to town. Bikes allowed!
