Our vacation home sits on the 5th tee box of the Wildfire "Palmer" course in a quiet neighborhood, yet only minutes away from Desert Ridge Marketplace, High Street Shopping Center, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter. Enjoy open concept living spaces and a spacious, back yard with a private pool, beautiful desert landscaping, fire pit, patio, Traeger Smoker and Weber grill.

We have 4 bedrooms - king master with ensuite bathroom, two queen guest bedrooms that share a bathroom and one bedroom/office with queen pullout sofa. Pool fence on the patio with child safety gate.

Our home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay:

- Fully equipped kitchen
- Private heated salt water pool
- Traegar smoker and Weber gas ignition charcoal grill
- Sonos sound system
- HD Smart TVs in living room, 3 bedrooms, patio area and gym
- Free WIFI and internet
- Washer and Dryer
- Fresh Linens
- Pool towels and floats

There are security cameras on the exterior of the property located in the front of the house (views front door, entry way and street) and the back of the house (views yard and pool)

great, space, great location

I can't say enough great things about this stay! The location was wonderful and convenient. The backyard was lovely and fun for the kids. The pool was so clean and the perfect temp. The seating was conducive to tanning, socializing, bonfires, shade/sun, etc. Just so well laid out. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The bedrooms, laundry, bathrooms all spacious and wonderful. We spent half the trip talking about how bad we want to return :) - such a gem!

What a gem!

This is the best rental property we’ve ever stayed in. It was super clean, exactly as described, and had it all. The neighborhood was great, the backyard was the highlight. Great pool, amazing putting green. really fantastic communication with the owner. The location was perfect, 5 min drive to Desert Ridge which has it all. Can’t say enough wonderful things about it. If you are coming to the area with a family this is a perfect place to stay.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Very clean, quiet neighborhood, fun backyard, the pool was lovely. We had a toddler visit for part of our stay and the house was very easy to childproof. Everyone enjoyed the sectional sofa. For those who cook, the kitchen was well supplied. Thank you for a great vacation!

Christmas at this home.

This is an EXCELLENT property. First of all, Jana is an exceptional host and quick to communicate! She even put up a Christmas tree and garland!!! The home is warm, comfortable, in pristine condition with awesome amenities. We loved being by the golf course and close to activities and restaurants. The outdoor space is wonderful. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to cold weather, but the fire pit, grill, putting greens and comfortable seating made it a great place to relax and enjoy family at Christmas. The gym was an added feature! We highly recommend this property and plan to return if we can. Thanks Jana and Mike - your home made our Christmas together so memorable!!
