Guest pets ARE NOT PERMITTED at any Tollhouse condos. Only select properties allow pets. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees. Please note that owners are permitted to have pets. Please be understanding and respectful of this HOA policy, which is outside of the control of Stowe Country Homes.

This Mt. Mansfield Townhouse is conveniently located within 30 feet walking distance to the Toll Road ski slope, serviced by the Toll House Double Chairlift* which provides access to the legendary trails of the Resort. The townhouse offers a spacious and inviting living area with a gas fireplace, private ski storage, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washer & dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. They are ideal for enjoying the comforts of home while experiencing Stowe Mountain Resort. The townhouses are located just off the Mountain Road near the complimentary town shuttle route, two miles from the main base area of the Resort, and a short distance from many contemporary and classic dining options. (*Please note - This lift is weather dependent; there is no snow-making in this area.) Winter is missed when it's gone, but the Resort's Summer and Fall activities are exciting and plentiful and include the Mt. Mansfield Auto Toll Road, Gondola SkyRide, Tennis, Hiking, shopping and more.

Please note: ONLY two vehicles may park immediately outside the condo. Additional vehicles can park at the pool area. Vehicles not adhering to parking restrictions WILL be towed at the guest's expense. Full-time residents need to park here at their own condos. Guests will not be compensated for towing fees. Please be respectful of these rules! The HOA also has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking inside the units or outside within 50 feet of any buildings including patios, decks, and walkways is completely prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in guests being fined directly from the Association.

Stowe Ski Getsway

It was terrific. We loved the location. The toll house lift was closer than we thought. It was so easy to get in and off the lift and enjoyed every second we were there.

Stowe Vermont ski retreat

Stowe Vermont is a very peaceful get away with good skiing and restaurants. The property is in need of updates, everything in the property seemed to be 10-15 years old. The pots and pans for cooking need replaced as well the utensils to cook and eat with. There is not a good place in the house to get out of snow gear so you are dragging the snow into a carpeted area right in front one of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The unit is described as ski in ski out and it is when the lift is open but it was not open in January so we were disappointed with that and had to load up and head to the mountain. The location is close to the mountain so that wasn’t a big issue but we had planned to pop into the house for lunch and were unable to do that due to the trail being closed next to our unit. The walk up to the unit would not be manageable for elderly people in inclement weather. A lot of the units in the complex are being renovated and this one should be on the list to be renovated. The beds were a bit on the uncomfortable side and the hot water was spotty so showers were sometimes on the cold side and the bathrooms need an update to eliminate the shower curtains and replace with shower doors to keep water in the showers. Other places I have stayed at have lock boxes or automated locks but we had to travel 15-20 minutes out of the way to pick up and drop off keys at the rental office. I love Stowe but would probably not stay here again.

Great location

The property is a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. It’s also extremely close to the Tollhouse lift. Unfortunately it wasn’t running, but I honestly think it was a staffing issue because of Covid. Normally this is a perfect location. The only con for this condo is that the entrance is up a long sidewalk that’s on a serious slope. Maintenance was great about keeping it cleared of snow, but we had freezing rain the morning we were checking out and packing up our car was a challenge! Not much that can be done about it, just something to keep in mind.

Family enjoyed their stay

Unit was clean and stocked with the basics. Good location at the base of the toll road. Some of the furniture and decor is dated.

Convenient location, good setup

This location was right next to the Toll House lift and made life easy with 2 young kids! Perfect size and setup too.
