Upper level: Loft with seating area, 2 King master bedrooms each with own master bathrooms.

Lower level: Master King bedroom, large family room with pool table, wet bar, gas fireplace.

1 week minimum stay required.
Low Season:
Jan-June, Sept, Nov and Dec. (3 night min stay in Nov & Dec excluding Holiday weeks)
$475 nightly / $3,125 weekly

High Season:
July, August, October.
$525 nightly / $3,475 weekly.

Holidays:
July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
$550 nightly / $3,650 weekly.

11% Tax applied to rent. Optional 6.5% Travel Insurance applied to rent.
$50 Damage Protection Plan ($3,000 of Insurance).
$175 Hot Tub Cleaning Fee.
$65 Reservation Fee (plus Tax)
$350 Cleaning Fee.

Firewood Notice: Not all wood-burning fireplaces will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer 1/4 cord for $100 or 1/2 cord for $180. Please order ahead before your arrival.


Tenants with motorcycles and trailers, please note:
The Eagles nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain. However, they can be left at our rental and sales center parking lot. For any questions or concerns please contact us.
