Located near the community's world class tennis center, this first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers a unique vacation experience! In addition to it's large private deck, this coastal getaway's one-level layout offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, DVD, 2 Blu-rays, wood-burning fireplace, Wifi.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

THINGS TO KNOW
There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cozy, Convenient, and Clean

We enjoyed our stay at this conveniently-located condo in the heart of Sea Colony. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We are grateful for the week we were able to spend here.

Comfort and convenience

The home is comfortable and very clean. We had to walk to the beach but we're right outside of the tram stop, and tons of tennis side of the resorts recreation. We've spent many years staying on the ocean side of the resort but now would consider this location first.

Confortable and well located

Very comfortable for our family of four; close to tennis, tram stop, playground etc. Nice complex. Would definitely return. To be improved: dishes were not clean at all and I had to wash most of them. They had simply been put away dirty. Also, be aware that the top bed in the bunk bed has a very thick mattress, leaving very little of the guard rail to actually stop a kid from rolling out.
