The studio is perfect for a tourist or professional stay.
It includes a living room composed of a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm wide), a shower room with separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, coffee maker dolce gusto, gas stove with plates, hood ...), a relaxation area with sofa and a BALCONY of 8 m2 offering a VIEW and furnished with blind, table and chairs.
To ensure that your stay is comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Parking (n°14), Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Microwave, Oven, Reversible air conditioner.
It is necessary to turn off the water and gas under the kitchen sink after each use.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been rated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region.
