KBM Resorts is proud to represent this charming 1-bedroom, 2-bath Copperbottom Inn. This mountain retreat is perfect for a couple or small family or, if renting several of our 9 units, for groups traveling together. Enjoy a good book and snuggle into a blanket next to the crackling wood fireplace.

Within this upgraded, 600-square-foot residence, your family will feel right at home, with all the comforts one would expect. Guests enjoy access to a common hot tub and sauna on-site, as well (Hot tub is open from December through April 15th - closed summer). The condo sleeps 2 in beds, 3 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

Kitchen: Start your day in the boutique-size kitchenette with all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury vacation rental. Your kitchenette also features a small stainless oven and dishwasher. There is a table set for three.

Living: After an active day playing golf, mountain biking, or skiing/boarding, come home and relax in the comfy family room and relax by the crackling wood fireplace.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private deck, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub.

The bedroom features a warm duvet and luxury 400-thread-count linens, pillows and a flatscreen TV.

Bathrooms: There is an additional bathroom with a dual bathtub and shower.

There is a sofa bed in the living room (not to exceed 70lbs). Please do not exceed the sleeping capacity of 4 in this property.

Parking: One parking space outside is available, but with just steps to the free city-wide shuttle, transportation is a snap. Location:

Location:The Copperbottom Inn is ideally located for shopping, dining and exploring Park City Mountain. A Starbucks and Fresh Market are right around the corner.

Wifi and Entertainment: Your complimentary entertainment package in your condo includes free Wi-Fi and cable TV channels.

Laundry: This property features an in-suite stackable washer and dryer with a complimentary start-up supply of laundry detergent for your convenience.

Clean and Comfortable, Great Location

We had everything we needed. We made breakfast in house everyday. 5 minute walk to bus stop to ski. 10 min walk to the grocery. 15 min walk to Main street. 1 bedroom, 2 full baths so each of us had our own bathroom for 5 days. The only drawback was the pull out sofa bed would be torture for anyone over the age of 5 to sleep on. Horribly uncomfortable. Otherwise its a great place for 2 adults to stay.

Park City stay

Check-in process was easy. The wifi didn’t work but we contacted management and it was taken care of immediately. It was as described on VRBO. It was small but suited our purpose. We really just were at the condo to sleep. Not the Ritz but then neither was the price.
