Located at The Prospector Lodge, an official venue of the Sundance Film Festival, this 1BR hotel-style haven boasts a heated seasonal pool, hot tub, gas fireplace, private balcony, and choice decor throughout the interior.

Get to the base of Park City Mountain in mere minutes. Take advantage of the Silver Mountain Sports Club & Spa, just next door. Find dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby.

LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode in the open living area, complete with a 32” flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances.

Gather for meals at the wooden dining table for four.

SLEEPING AREA & BATH

This condo sleeps up to four guests between a loft with a queen bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sip morning coffee and enjoy the fresh mountain air on your private balcony, featuring a bistro table for two.

Splash around in the seasonally heated community pool (7’ deep) -- which is open in the summer.

Extras include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for one car in the open parking lot in front of your building.

A dual electric charging station is available. (Fees are paid through the ChargePoint app.)

This rental does not have central heating or air-conditioning. However, there is a gas fireplace, two portable electric heaters, and a window unit air-conditioner.

Located on the second floor, this condo is accessed via one flight of stairs from the parking area.

THE LOCATION

Located directly adjacent to Prospector Square, stroll right out your door to find a selection of shops, eateries, and a local movie theater.

Walk next door to take advantage of the Silver Mountain Sports Club & Spa. Multi-visit and day passes are available for purchase year-round.

Get to the base of Park City Mountain Resort in 5 minutes. For family fun, go for a ride on the Park City Alpine Slide located at the base of the mountain. In the summer, take a scenic gondola ride up the mountain. For a change in terrain, head to Deer Valley Resort, less than 3 miles away.

This condo provides easy access to Main Street, where you will find even more eateries, pubs, galleries, and boutiques, as well as street artists and musicians (1.5 miles).

In the summer, tee off at Park City Municipal Golf Course, just 1.3 miles away. In the winter months, the course transforms into a wonderful cross-country skiing venue.

Conveniently located near the complimentary local bus route, with a stop just 1 minute from your door, this rental makes it easy to explore all that the Park City area has to offer.


Building rules:
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Parties or events are not permitted during these hours.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING in the building, in condos, or on balconies. Anyone caught smoking and/or throwing their butts on the ground by any entry will be sent a violation letter and fined to the max extent.
NO smoking within 25 feet of any entrance or window and DO NOT throw the butts on the ground as they are a fire hazard. There will be ZERO tolerance once caught. Guests may face a possible eviction if they do not follow the HOA rules.
-Make sure ALL trash goes INTO the dumpster (NOT on the ground)
-No animals allowed, except permitted by law. Emotional Support or Service animals must be pre-approved by the Association with appropriate paperwork provided prior to the reservation.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR BUILDINGS 4-9 IS 4 PEOPLE

Only one vehicle permitted. YOUR PARKING PASS MUST BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES TO AVOID GETTING TOWED.
Amenities: the keycard will give you access to the amenities (Pool & Hot Tub).
The hot tub is currently open. Pool is open during summer season only.

For a safe and successful Summer, please make note of the following pool area Rules and Regulations that we ask all guests to abide by;

Alcohol is not allowed
Plastic and paper allowed, no glass containers
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian
Pets are not allowed
PLEASE return your parking pass or you will be charged $100 replacement fee.
These are not temporary parking passes and should not be thrown away or left in the vehicle.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Ski shuttle details:



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Wonderful stay
It was wonderful, and as someone who knows the area and the surrounding places, it was definitely one of the nicer stays you could find here. Hidden gem for sure, definitely recommend!

Gets the job done
Place worked for a ski weekend. Laundry area was unfinished and only heat is from fireplace and space heaters. Adequate.

Family ski trip
You get what you pay for I suppose. Thin walls meant it was loud all the time. The only heat came from space heaters. Only 1/2 the space heaters even worked. The tv worked but was a major pain to figure out. The skylight did not have a shade. We were disappointed by how far the hot tub was from our building. The lighting in the space was very dim. The blankets for the pull out couch bed were not enough for our daughter. The best part about the space is having the bus to the lifts very close and just a short ride to the lodge. I also think 10 am checkout is too early and it should be extended to 11.
