This Colonial style home sits at the top of Shoreby Hill, a short walk away from East Ferry Harbor and spectacular views of Newport, and the East Passage of Narragansett Bay. Inside, the fully furnished home is roomy and elegant, with a large, modern and fully equipped kitchen, and tasteful dining and living room areas. The kitchen is beautiful and open to a den with large TV and ample seating. Sliders open to an outdoor deck overlooking an expansive private yard. A formal living room with fireplace and piano opens to a formal dining room. There is also a 3 season sun porch on the first floor with much more living space.

The second-floor features four good-sized bedrooms and lots of character. This is truly one the great Jamestown houses. There is a a king size bed in the master bedroom, a set of twin beds, a double bed, and a daybed and a desk in the other bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms on the second floor and a half bath on the first floor.
Winter tenants have the use of one of the bays in the garage.
