This cabin is located in an area that has access to a myriad of outdoor activities making it a true 4-seasons retreat.

~ PLEASE NOTE. This home has a window Air Conditioner. However, the temperatures and night routine drop in the 50's and low 60's at night, so we recommend opening the windows at night to bring in the cool air and seal up the house during the days it gets hot. There are several room fans to bring the cool air in or to help recirculate the air in the house.
~ This is the Black Hills of South Dakota, so be prepared to see wildlife outside. Make sure all doors or screens are kept shut to keep them outside.
~ We will not override our cancellation policy due to weather, particularly lack of snow for skiing & snowmobiling, or too much rain causing closure of ATV/UTV trails. We have tried everything in our power to control the weather, but apparently there is not an app for that yet.
