Admire sunrise views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Sunny Isles Beach from the private balcony of this two bedroom condo located on the east side of the building. facing the ocean.

Our condo is well equipped with a full kitchen, spacious living room area and ocean view with private balcony. The unit is 1500 sq.ft. (139 sq.m.) and features a full second bathroom. Some units feature an additional half-bath. The living area provides a dining room table and chairs for meals prepared in the full kitchen with service for 6 guests.

There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom and a full-sized sofa bed in the living room.

Relax in front of the HDTVs or listen to the ocean waves outside you slider to the balcony. Replenish your laundry in the washer and dryer included inside the unit.

The master bathroom features a luxurious spa bathtub and separate walk-in shower while the second bathroom offers a shower/tub combination.

The property features brand new pool furniture, and refreshed Poolside Ocean Bar & Grille. The Poolside Market is newly renovated and Proudly Service Starbucks. Brand new beach furniture has also been delivered.

Check-in at the Front Desk of the DoubleTree Ocean Point Resort. Mandatory fees are required upon check-in:

Resort Fee provides internet access, Poolside wrist bands, 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, 25% discount on food in restaurant outlets, 2 bottles of water, 15% salon discount, local and toll-free calls.

- Resort Fee - $30 per night plus tax for 2 Adults
- Resort Fee - $15 per night plus tax per 1 Additional Adult | Not including beach chair. Additional beach chair rentals available for $15 per day.
- Garage Parking Valet only - $38 per night plus tax, per vehicle. Oversized vehicles $50 per night plus tax, per vehicle.

Great!

We had a great time and would definitely go back which I hardly ever say. The condo was so spacious and the wrap balcony with view of the Gulf was amazing. The hotel amenities were not all open, but it did not matter because there are so many amazing restaurants and bakeries within easy walking distance. The pool bar and cafe was really convenient and good. The chair service was excellent- such nice people ran it! There was a funky odor (dog?) when we got there, but I sprayed pet Lysol I bought across the streets and opened the balcony doors and it was completely gone. There is a washer and dryer which was nice to have too. Communication was easy. It is an older unit and it showed, but I spoke with an owner of another unit who said the management is renovating each unit. It was a nice vacation- Sunny Isles is laid back and beautiful.

NOT A VRBO!

For travelers looking for a VRBO, I would Not recommend this!!! It is Not a VRBO rental. It is a timeshare through the hotel. There was ZERO communication regarding the checkin process. No one contacted me at all. I called the hotel panicking the day of checkin, at which time I was told to just check in the hotel as normal. No one contacted me to give that information. Secondly, you will not be provided with the normal conveniences of a VRBO. It is a hotel room suite. You are provided 5 place settings, a knife, and a couple pans. No extra conveniences! Not even salt and pepper. I would NOT recommend this place as a VRBO! It was my worst VRBO experience. It is simply a hotel.

Location: Great, Hotel: Good, Room…..

-The location was great, with a great beach area. -The staff was very friendly and helpful. -The hotel was good. We would consider staying there again, but only directly through the hotel itself. -The VRBO room however was dated, beat up and in rough shape. Other than the view it was sub standard in all other aspects in my opinion. It did the job, but we would not stay in this room again.

We are located directly on Sunny Isles Beach with direct access to the white sands beach. We have installed brand new pool furniture and we are now Proudly Serving Starbucks! The Poolside Ocean Bar & Grille is available for food and beverage throughout the property and on the beach.
