Come stay at this beautiful newly redecorated home in La Jolla located next to Mount Soledad Natural Park with white water ocean views from living & backyard spaces.

Spacious single-story home with 2,564 sqft, 4bd & 2.5 bath, grass yard, hot tub, large open kitchen, high quality appliances - Perfect for families.

GREAT Nearby parks: Pottery Canyon & La Jolla Natural Park.

A 4 bedroom with King in master, queen in bedroom 2, queen in bedroom 3, and a full in the 4th bedroom which is best suited for young adults/children (2 Pack n Plays are available). There is an office/second living area just off the kitchen which is ideal for either reading/conversation or even setting up for young kids. The featured room of the home is the large living room with spectacular skyline and ocean views. The home has a sloped driveway and is slightly up the base of Mt. Soledad.

The home has fans and central air conditioning, and if you prefer, the Pacific Ocean creates a true cross breeze at all hours of the day by simply opening doors /windows on each side of the house.

The house is kid friendly and has many toys and games (soccer ball and nets, a football, corn hole, ring toss, large Jenga, blocks and little babies toys).

All bedrooms have blackout curtains.

Everything is yours and your family/friends to enjoy. There are no shared spaces with other travelers or owners/manager.

Nearby shopping includes: Mt Soledad Market & Deli Store. Nearby restaurants include Clay's La Jolla and Cusp Dining & Drinks.

Torrey Pines Golf Course is just a short drive away (5-10 mins)
Torrey Pines State Reserve offers extensive hiking and beach access

La Jolla village includes shopping, the ocean/beach childrens pools, seals and sea lions and a host of restaurants and other to dos just a few miles away

Private car is most ideal however Uber/Lyft is sufficient given proximity to various parts of San Diego.

Please note the 1/2 bath is located by accessing the garage.

The fireplace in living room is non functional - the outdoor fireplace is propane as is the BBQ.

By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined on Air Concierge's Website /guest-terms as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Definitions: 

"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any. 

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

- Primary renter must be over the age of 30, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be
Tuesday morning (approximately between 11am-1pm) for Landscaping maintenance and every Friday for Spa maintenance - that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.

Least these basic rules:
-Absolutely NO smoking of any kind (minimum $500 fee for deep cleaning)
-No parties or events and no noise in outdoor areas after 10 PM
-No additional guests not accounted in the original reservation
-Fees occur for early check-ins and/or late check-outs - when they are available
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.

This Short Term Rental Agreement is between AIR CONCIERGE INC. (herein referred to as “Manager” or “Property Manager”) on behalf of and in accord with the Property Owner ("Owner") and you as Guest (or “Occupant” or “Renter”) of the date set forth on the reservation details confirmation noted on the confirmation which shall be received by the Parties via email as well as provided in the Airbnb.com software.  For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

SMOKING: A $1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of smoking inside or outside of the property within a 20’ radius of the property.

Fire and Fire Safety. Occupant is notified that the Property may be located in an area susceptible to fire, and as such Occupant agrees all conform with all applicable fire codes of any governmental authority, and ensure safe and reasonable use, management, and extinguishment of any fire places, bbq's, smoking (if permitted), fire pits and any other device or act involving the risk of fire. In the event Occupant discovers any fire related safety issues, Occupant shall immediately inform Manager and cease and desist immediately from undertaking, or continuing usage until inspection, remediation (if necessary) and written approval by Manager that use is permitted. Flammable substances and solids, such as gasoline, benzene, naphtha, cleaning fluids, explosives, and fireworks may not be used or stored on the Property. Lighted candles, incense, kerosene lamps, halogen lamps and tenant installed electric heaters may not be used in the Property. ALL COOKING MUST BE CONFINED TO DESIGNATED COOKING AREAS. Use of electrical appliances not provided with the Property, such as hot plates, heating coils, coffeepots, popcorn poppers, electric frying pans, toaster ovens, irons, and electric heaters are prohibited. Storage or placement of any items (including trash, bicycles, boxes, furniture, etc.) in public areas such as corridors, stairwells, or balconies is prohibited. Any and All decorations used in the Property shall be flameproof or fire resistant materials. Any additional lighting (i.e. Christmas lights) must be Management approved with proper installation and approved. No lights may be strung from any pipes or fire/safety equipment. Any violation of the above fire prevention regulations may be subject to fine and/or termination and removal of the Occupant from the Property.

PETS: A$1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of any pet inside the property unless Manager has given express written consent and a pet fee and pet deposit has been paid by Occupant.    

EVENTS, GATHERINGS, PARTIES.  No events, special occasion hostings including but not limited to weddings, corporate functions, bridal parties or related events including inviting other persons not disclosed in the reservation guest count, shall be permitted on the property for any reason. A violation of this clause shall immediately cause the property manager to terminate the rental agreement and renter to immediately vacate the premises.  Manager shall impose a fee of up to $5,000 for any violation of this provision, and if such event is either a wedding or similar ceremony or an event in  which the number of Occupants doubles or more the guest count disclosed at the time of booking, such fee shall increase to $10,000, unless express written consent has been provided by Manager to Occupant.

CLEANING, PESTS AND INCONVENIENCES: Occupant acknowledges and agrees that renting a home comes with certain risks that neither Manager nor Owner can prevent and as such will not result in any refunds or credits to Occupant shall they be discovered, viewed, endured or otherwise reported.  Such examples include but are not limited to seeing pests, bugs, or rodents in the home, or minor cleaning complaints, which when feasible Manager will make a good faith effort to remediate, shall Occupant approve of the same during their stay. Any cleaning complaint shall be deemed minor except for any instance in which no cleaning took place prior to the guest arrival, the time and date of which is outlined in the confirmation of booking details. 

PERSONAL PROPERTY AND INJURY: Neither the owner(s) nor Air Concierge are responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Neither the Owner(s) nor Air Concierge are responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Wonderful property
This is our second stay at this property. A genuine four bedroom home, a big kitchen, large dining and lounge room. Hot tub and view for miles to La Jolla Shores. The property was super clean. A wonderful, easy to get to by car property in La Jolla. Thank you again!

Delightful Stay!
Had a great stay! The home was as described and depicted in photos. Was immaculate, light, spacious and airy. Enjoyed the very large, updated, workable well-appointed kitchen, the different eating areas, the ocean view from the living room and backyard, no step-downs in the house, the large grassy backyard, the additional large refrigerator and the washer/dryer in the garage, and ample parking. Bathrooms were updated, and there is an outdoor shower. Great house for our family, with ages ranging from 6 to 72 years old. Host was courteous and responsive.
