The penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen with counter space overlooking the dining area and living room. The beach is a 5 minute drive and the pool is just steps away. The villa sleeps 6 in 1 queen bed and 2 double beds. Veredas Del Mar Penthouse includes AC in each bedroom, Wi-Fi, and a TV in the master bedroom.

Disappointed

We were not happy with the tired sketching looking neighborhood. The building was unappealing dirty and unkept outside had to climb three flights of stairs to get to apartment. Furniture appeared well used. Fridge dirty the amazing views from patio were really a view of apartment building across parking lot that was dirty tired looking …no amazing view. The spiral staircase to get to roof patio was very narrow and unsafe. When communicated with host we were told the building is due to be painted and rehabed . Not helpful for our vacation. Would not recommend this property

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time in this quiet community. Kids loved swimming. The management was very responsive and courteous during our trip. The only item is that wasn’t great was the shower. It would go from hot to cold and back to scalding hot, couldn’t get it to stay a consistent temp. The place has been upgraded with nice appliances and the view was pretty. Very close drive to the beach areas. We really enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing environment

The owner was attentive and pleasant. The condo was clean, spacious and well maintained. Area was quiet and 7 minutes from a beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend, the place to my family and friends. I hope to come back.
