The house is situated on a large plot of land. It is equipped with a beautiful swimming pool of 10 by 4.

THE PROPERTY

At the back, a parking space for several vehicles.
In the front there is a heated swimming pool (10 x 4) with an electric roller shutter.

The ground floor consists of a large living room of 70m ², a large kitchen, a master suite with bathroom, and a dormitory room for children and a separate toilet and a large laundry room.
On the first floor, 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
There are 3 beds in 160 and 4 beds in 90 (dormitory room)
The kitchen opens both on the inside and the sheltered outside.

The house, by its exposure, will protect you from the maritime entries and will allow you to benefit from its outside all day long.
You will enjoy the rising sun for your breakfast.
The Villa is close to everything. You are 10 min from the centre of Biarritz or Bayonne, 10 min from the beaches of Anglet (walk through the forest of Pignada and Chiberta, about 30 min).

Our preference is for family bookings. We do not accept groups.


DEPOSIT

A bank deposit of 2000€ is required as part of the rental.
This is in the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly. It is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per additional hour.
