It is in this charming duplex house of 60M2 with terrace, 2 steps from the port of La Teste and its famous oyster huts that you will be able to put your bags for a stay, a weekend, an escapade with family, friends, or lovers!
Everything is here for the escape, the port at the end of the street, the cycle tracks allowing you to join the beaches of Arcachon in 15mn by bicycle while skirting the salt meadows, and the station of La Teste in 10mn with feet!
The new owners have made a point of giving a particularly cosy style, a current trend in the choice of decoration and furniture, so you feel good right away!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A large living room with bay windows overlooking the terrace, a lounge area with a corner sofa, a TV and a convivial dining area
- the kitchen is open, separated from the dining area by a bar with stools, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, combined oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, large fridge and plenty of storage space!
This house can accommodate 4 people very comfortably

On the first floor
- Two double bedrooms, bed 140 cm, large cupboards with wardrobe
- A bathroom with bath, washbasin and storage space
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- The terrace will be the meeting point of your reunions from breakfast to dinner where you can meet around the table and enjoy the return of the beach pleasantly!
An electric griddle to put on the table is at your disposal
A huge advantage of being able to park right in front of the house, 2 numbered parking spaces await you!

- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops along the way, you can visit Le Moulleau (beautiful church and view of the basin, restaurants, ice cream parlour etc.) or the Dune Express bus which takes you directly there.
- Bordeaux airport 65 km away (52 minutes by car)

Activities:
It is difficult to choose from the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon!
You can take advantage of all its attractions, discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses from the beginning of the century, its park, its belvedere with a breathtaking view of the Bay!
The little train in front of the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas of things to discover and a nice general view of Arcachon!
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste awaits you at 300m, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then leave to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla!
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, the Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the Leyre river, to the ornithological park in Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!
