It is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 800 m². - A terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Juvat, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Tourist visits, cruises, various nautical activities.
- At only 12 kilometers from the city of Dinan, medieval city with the port of the Rance where you can rent boats without license or canoes.
- 40 kilometers from the coast and its beaches: Dinard, Saint-Malo, Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Briac-sur-Mer
- Events: medieval festivals organized in summer by the city of Dinan (12 km), Armor music festival in Bobital (12kms from the accommodation)

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the asphalt courtyard of the lodging which can accomodate from 4 to 5 vehicles or in the private garage which can accomodate a car type sedan.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Dinan train station located at 13.5 kilometers (16 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport at 48.5 kilometers (47 minutes by car)

Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included. Beds are made up on arrival.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and for cleaning the appliances after use.
