- A jacuzzi on the first floor terrace, available all year round, which can accommodate 4 to 6 guests.
- A beautiful garden of 200 m² on which is a first terrace exposed to the South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A second terrace on the first floor to enjoy a sunbath after the jacuzzi, with furniture to enjoy the panorama that this villa will offer you.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the box on the ground floor which can accommodate two vehicles or in front of the box (2 parking).

- Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël train station located at approximately 28 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport located at about 1 hour by car.

Other remarks :
- In order to provide you with the most pleasant surroundings, we regularly require the services of a swimming pool attendant, mosquito killer and gardener. If necessary, please allow them access to the property.
- A civil security certificate will be requested on arrival at the accommodation.
- To ensure your safety, video surveillance cameras are installed throughout the property.
- Sheets and towels are included.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
