This charming apartment is spread over 124 sqm and has capacity for 7 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a maid’s room, and is located on the 11th floor of Marina Tower in Dubai Marina.
The living room is simply gorgeous and elegant! It features a large L-shaped beige sofa, also serving as a double sofa bed for your extra guests. A chic carpet, a chair, a rounded coffee table, a TV, as well as wall arts and decorations are all in the room as well.
Before stepping into the next room, you will surely be amazed by the extensive glass windows and door, giving access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, overlooking amazing marina views.

Next to the living room is a dining room with a large table and six elegant wooden chairs! A serving hatch in the room to the kitchen is also available. The room includes extensive decor items, welcome counter, and wall arts.
The kitchen at the apartment is spacious, and boasts beautiful wooden cabinets and countertops. The kitchen includes all equipment you might need during your stay: cooking basics, dishes and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, a coffee maker, and a stove.
The first bedroom is charming! It includes a white king-size bed, white furniture like night tables with lamps, chest of drawers with a mirror, as well as wardrobe with hangers. The bathroom connected to this bedroom has a bathtub, a toilet, a washbasin and a mirror, and a shower cubicle.
The second bedroom comes with two single beds, night tables with lamps, a chest of drawers with a mirror, and wardrobe. The bathroom next to this room has a bathtub, a washbasin, and a toilet.

There’s also a third bathroom for guests at the apartment, with a toilet and a washbasin. Toiletries such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, and essentials like soap, toilet paper, and towels are provided.

It opened to the public in 2006 and now houses 202 apartments and five stores. The building was originally constructed by Emaar Properties, but in 2013 it was purchased by Select Group.
Residents of the tower have easy access to some of Dubai's most popular shopping districts, tourist destinations, and entertainment hotspots thanks to the building's convenient placement. Both a subway and a tram stop are conveniently close by.
High - speed elevators, surveillance cameras in public areas, and guards on duty round the clock are just some of the amenities here. An upscale health club and state-of-the-art fitness center can be found within the tower as well. There is also a swimming pool, an area for children to play, and five stores to peruse.
Those searching for public transportation near Marina Tower can find buses, taxis, water taxis, Dubai Tram and the metro.

- BUS STATIONS NEAR MARINA TOWER:
Buses that pass through this area include N55, 8 and 84. Jumeirah Royal Meridian 1 and 2 are the closest bus stations.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR MARINA TOWER:
Sobha Realty Metro Station is an 8-minute drive away. Similarly, DMCC Metro Station, also served by the Red Line of Dubai Metro, is an 11-minute drive away.
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR MARINA TOWER:
Dubai Marina Tram Station is only an 8-minute walk from the tower. Marina Terrace Station is a 4-minute walk, where you can find water taxis.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighborhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
