This apartment is unique! With an absolutely breathtaking interior, one can not help but fall in love with it! Check out the pictures!

Let’s tour the place

This gorgeous two bedroom apartment is spread over 156 sqm, and has capacity for 4 people. It is located on the 3rd floor of City Walk Building 3.
What makes this apartment so special is the extensive panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass windows, with a beautiful green scenery on the outside. It makes the interior shine with every ray of sun coming from all those glasses.
The living room features a beautiful L-shaped sofa, a coffee table nested over a beige rug, a white TV unit with a TV on top, as well as beautiful decorations, accessories, and artworks all around.

Behind the living room is a large dining table with 6 chairs, facing unique decorations on the wall.
In this huge open area is also an open kitchen, with a large counter with 3 high chairs. The kitchen is beautifully furnished with white cabinets and granite countertops. It contains all equipment you might need during you stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, stove with a hood on top, oven, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and juicer.
You can access from this open space a private terrace, beautifully decorated with a wall of greeneries, and furnished with a sofa set and a table, as well as a swing and a pouf. It overlooks the yard of the building with a swimming pool.
Inside are two beautiful bedrooms. The first one has a comfortable king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and bed covers, a TV, an armchair, a wardrobe, night tables with lamps, and beautiful decorations!

The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, night tables with lamps, an armchair with tables, a wardrobe, and a dedicated workspace.
There is also a maid’s room with a bunk bed and wardrobe.
At the apartment, you will find 4 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a shower cabin, two wash basins, a wall-to-wall mirror, a toilet, and amenities like cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, and essentials like shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper, and more.
The other three bathrooms have toilets, and washbasins.

The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Zooming Out

City Walk Building 3 features six stories and amazing amenities such as parking, elevators, 24-hour concierge service, a swimming pool, gym, recreational facilities, and a children's playground area.
