We only had a few days to stay but had a blast & the unit was excellent. Perfect location with all the needed goodies.

A Great Location

This is a very nice condo. It had plenty of room for our family girls’ weekend in Branson. It was in a quiet location but close to all that Branson has to offer. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it.

Air conditioning not working

The condo was clean which I appreciated. However the air conditioning was not working properly and did not cool off the main living areas, which I found out the property management knew about when I called them to let them know of the issue so they wouldn’t rent it out until fixed. He let me know that’s why there was a portable unit in the bedroom and there was suppose to be a box fan to pull the air out into the living area, which I didn’t see, but I was never notified of any of this ahead of time. When planning a vacation out of town in the summer months, I would expect it to be cool at a minimum. The pool area was a trek up and down several flights of stairs and the advertised charcoal grills were nowhere to be seen. I also believe that a check out time of 10am is too early.
