Kitchen comes fully equipped including dishwasher, new non-stick pots/pans and cutlery set; plenty of plates, bowls, glassware and utensils. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 while breakfast bar seats another 2 people.

High speed internet/wifi provided. Free on-site parking, washer/dryer in unit, pool pass for summer months, Central A/C. Guests will need to supply own toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.) and paper products (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towel upon check-in, if you need additional toilet paper and paper towels you will need to provide).

No smoking/no pets allowed.

Check-in time is not earlier than 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Prompt check-out is required due to turn-over time for the next rental.
