Perfect beach getaway

This is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing weekend at the beach in a great location. We woke up each morning and walked with our pup on the beach and then drove 10 minutes into Newburyport to explore. Highly recommend for a fall getaway!

A great little place by the sea

What a view! Steps away from the ocean, a perfect and easy location. I personally love the off-season, so October was so peaceful and beautiful. Parking was great, (not always a given on Plum Island). Made for a great homebase.

Fabulous Fall Getaway!

Had a wonderful week of sunrises, sunsets and walks on the beach. Location was great for exploring all the island has to offer along with Newburyport which was a short drive to great restaurants, shopping and beautiful scenery. Rob is a very responsive and gracious host. The cottage was perfect. Incredible views from every window. The Adirondack chairs nestled in the dunes were our favorite afternoon spot to sip wine and take in the soothing sites and sounds of the ocean. Hated to leave and can’t wait to come back again.

Great Location with amazing views@

We spent 2 nights in Rob's apartment on right on the beach. Our two dogs loved running on this VERY dog friendly beach. The place was great with more than enough room for us. We loved the town of Newburyport and the long walks on the beach. I would recommend and hope to returns soon!

Quick getaway

We were looking for a quick end of summer getaway and this was absolutely more than we could ever have dreamed of! Rob was incredibly kind and responsive and we loved every second of our stay.

Having rented summer places for years, we were determined to make sure we offer a rental experience that is top notch... minimal clutter... no mismatched silverware... or secondhand furniture for our renters' vacation stay. We're looking forward to offering you a fantastic getaway in 2021.

The Beachfront blends stunning views, a well thought out space, and the whimsy of being located above an operating ice cream stand to offer renters a unique Plum Island experience for a perfect summer getaway. With the unit being refreshed in 2021 with new paint & furnishings, renters will enjoy a clean, relaxing and energizing space from which to take in the sights & sounds of Plum Island.

We can't stop talking about the view, but one foot onto the deck or into the residence and you'll see why. From the sunrise shimmering across the water, to the waves thrashing the jetty to surfers, kayakers & paddleboarders catching waves that crest along the sandbar during low tide there is always something to watch from every room in the place.

Also, being located above a working ice cream stand brings additional charm as you see lots of people and families enjoying their time on Plum Island.
