Timeless mountain elegance with all the modern conveniences. This two bedroom residence on the property of one of Breckenridge's premier ski-in/ski-out resorts, Grand Lodge on Peak 7. Conveniently located at the base of the Independence SuperChair with easy access to Breckenridge Ski Resort. This is the perfect mountain retreat in the beautiful town of Breckenridge!

This two bedroom residence is 1200 square feet with a king bed in both rooms and two queen sleeper sofas in the living area. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an extra kitchenette, two bathrooms, a stone fireplace, and a private balcony.

You will enjoy full access to the many resort amenities. Explore the indoor / outdoor pools with a water slide, waterfall splash area and indoor children's pool. Soak in one of the many hot tubs or unwind in the adults-only relaxation area. Relax after a day of skiing or hiking in the at the Après-ski bar and lounge area in the Grand Lobby. Treat yourself in the Soothe Spa and enjoy the Grotto with a salt water hot tub. Whip up your favorite dinner in your private kitchen and outdoor BBQ grills, or experience the atmosphere at the on-site Sevens Restaurant. The resort also features four private movie theaters, a fitness center and a family fun center with arcade-style games for all ages.

The resort is located right at the base of the Independence SuperChair and provides easy access to miles of hiking and biking trails, or snowshoeing and cross country skiing when the snow starts to fall! Take the Breckenridge gondola or free resort shuttle and spend some time in downtown Breckenridge.

Thanksgiving is a great time to visit Breckenridge! This residence is available for Thanksgiving week, November 19 - November 26, 2023. There are often many local events to enjoy this time of the year, check gobreak.com for event updates for the 2023 season.

We love to get away to Breckenridge to enjoy the clean mountain air! Growing up in Colorado, Breckenridge was always the perfect weekend getaway from home. We often visit year round and most enjoy snowshoeing and skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer! After enjoying the outdoors we always grab a bite to eat at our favorite crepe restaurant on Main St. then head up to Grand Lodge for some time in the hot tub!

We have owned at Grand Lodge for years and love to stop by to enjoy the pools and hot tubs after a good long hike. The property is located right next to the Breckenridge Ski Resort with ski in/out access in the winter and miles of mountain bike and hiking trails easily accessible. We chose this property for the wonderful amenities and easy access to the mountain! Historic Downtown Breckenridge a free shuttle ride away to explore all the small-town shops and restaurants!

Relax and play in the indoor/outdoor pools, or enjoy some arcade games or a game of table tennis or pool in the Family Fun Center. Food and drinks are available at Sevens Restaurant onsite or available through room service. The resort also features an on-site spa, marketplace and private movie theaters.
