During periods when heating is required (from 15/10 to 15/04), the rental price includes 250 KWatt of electricity consumption for one week. Beyond this amount, calculated for comfortable heating, a charge of €0.22 per KWatt will be required.
A parking subscription, located less than 5 minutes walk away (Parking médiathèque), is included in the rental.

There are two small balconies, one of which is accessible by the living room and the other by a bedroom.
The bedding is new and quality, and the 2 bedrooms are equipped with large closets/ wardrobes with mirror.
The apartment has a High Speed Internet subscription SFR + WIFI and a TV with a bouquet of SFR TV channels.

You will also find on site: adapter, iron, vacuum cleaner, brooms, hair dryer and parasol.
