Prominence North offers a large 5,000 sq ft resort style community pool that is seasonally HEATED (October/November and March/April)! Cabanas, grills, bathrooms and fitness center are all located at the pool for your enjoyment! Our second pool, located in the south part of the neighborhood is conveniently less than a one minute walk away!

WALKABLE RESTAURANTS🍔:
The Big Chill eateries include Duos, Local Smoke, Mile Marker Fifteen, Tackle Box, Mr. Freeze ice cream, Nectar Coffee and Hooked Sea to Table. Additionally The Big Chill has a full walk up bar with specialty drinks to offer. It is only a short walk from the house! You will also find Shore Thing Cigar bar at the "Big Chill", owned by the one and only Luke Bryan. It is a fun place to visit to enjoy live music, karaoke nights and special events!

Conveniently located on the first floor is the living room, dinning room, kitchen, powder room, laundry room, two outdoor patios and one of two master bedrooms with private bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms which includes another master bedroom! The upstairs master suite features a private bathroom with a vanity and walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combo and access the upstairs patio. All bathrooms feature granite counter-tops and beautiful fixtures. All bedrooms have large smart TV's to sit back and relax after a fun filled day.

BEACHES🏖:
There are several convenient beach accesses! Below are the closest to Prominence:

Gulf Lakes Beach Acesss:
The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.

Sea Breeze Beach Access:
Sea Breeze is just a bit further east of Gulf Lakes Beach access, only a 5 minute golf cart ride on 30A.

Deer Lake State Park:
Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. The ample sized parking and bathroom facilities have been recently renovated! IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

Walton Dunes public beach:
Walton Dunes is 2 miles west of Prominence down Lakewood Dr. There is a small public parking lot a short walk from the beach. No public restrooms, beach service is available.
