The property offers the entire house plus guest house. Perfect for a larger family, or group trip. The Bunker hosts a queen bed, with a bachelor pad vibe and kitchenette, where the full house boasts comfort from the living room to the kitchen and all the way to the bedroom. You will find everything you need to ensure you can cook up the perfect lakeside meal, or order in local take out.

Relaxing cottage by the lake

We rented this beautiful cottage and bunker for a relaxing girls weekend away. It was beautiful, right on the water, clean, comfortable, lots of activities (ie: games, yard games, etc) and had everything you need. Gabriella is very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. We loved that they had a park pass for the beaches available for you at no extra cost. The cottage was very clean and organized. A beautiful place to stay for a weekend. I highly recommend booking here if you want a nice weekend away by the water.

I purchased my first rental in 2017. I have always enjoyed being near and in the water. When I purchased my first property I knew I needed to share it with others. That lead to the first rental, Sunsets by the Bay. After a year of meeting some wonderful people, I purchased my second property. I continue to grow my portfolio by managing others lakefront properties.

I love hearing what brings guests into Leamington, and helping them to choose some adventures while they're in town.

This property was too perfect to pass up. Leamington and Kingsville have always been home. I fell in love with Lake Erie at a young age, and knew someday I wanted to have water property. An opportunity arose that allowed me to invest, and as a bonus, I got to share my love for the lake with many others. This house has a bonus "bunker" on the property, which I also rent out, but, because of its proximity to the road, it still allows for the privacy to each party renting out each.
