Access to all amenities at MGM Grand and MGM Signature, including the MGM Grand Pool, Wet Republic Etc. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, offers huge rooms at great prices! The Property connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 3 and Delights Cafe in Tower 2 is your spot for breakfast, lunch or a light dinner.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience sweeping views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, entertainment center including a flat screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air conditioned, with free Wi-Fi featured throughout the property, and complimentary valet parking (firs-come, first-serve).

All swimming pools including the MGM Grand Pool (subject to hotel's pool schedule and seasons). Fitness center located in Tower 1.

The Neighborhood:
Las Vegas Strip is a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, nightlife and entertainment. McCarran International Airport is 1.9 miles from the property, the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace 0.9 miles and Henderson amphitheater is 11 miles away.

Las Vegas Contender

If you are looking for a place to stay on/near the Strip, the Signature is a contender for you. It is part of the MGM and so you get the benefits of using the MGM pool and you can get to the MGM (and the Strip) without having to go outside in the suffocating heat. As for the booking process, it was a bit wonky to go through the property manager's orgoto.com's site via VRBO. Orgoto required a photo ID which is their own policy and not that of VRBO. As such, that aspect was a bit uncomfortable, though it worked out. If you stay at the Signature towers, you may end up with a very useless bath towel. The towels are the worst we've seen: paper thin and they won't wrap around your body. You'd have better luck with a paper towel and a Q-tip. We made a trip to Walmart and got ourselves a couple of real towels. So, heads-up on that one. Based on the categories provided, we are giving the property and property manager 5 stars. The location, description, cleanliness, check-in process, etc. were just fine.
